The property has all the amenities for families with kids: - space inside and outside - pool (opened during the summer season) - Kitchen - TV - air condition and heating system working properly and even together if needed. This always keeps the temperature you want. The property owner is flexible during the check-in time, very friendly and wants to guarantee you have the best experience staying in his Villa. La llegada es desagradable tratan las personas con "precaucion" lo primero piden pasaporte y la segunda pregunta la hora que te vas. No hay AC ni ventanas en la habitacion. Despues de la primera imprecion ya con mas confianza y amables. nos regalaron una botella de vino. lejos del centro

A small villa close to Arezzo. We only stayed for one night, it’s so relaxing we decided not to go to Arezzo in the evening. So bring picnic. :) Clean room, comfortable bed, the approach is well signed so easy to find. If only it had a proper aircon, would have been perfect.

Location molto confortevole a 5’ dal centro di Arezzo. I gestori ci hanno fatto sentire “a casa”. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo qualora decidessimo di tornare da queste parti.

Nous avons passé deux nuits à la villa sargiano. Le cadre est charmant, nos hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et de bons conseils. La region est tres belle, je recommande vivement cet établissement.
