酒店很乾淨衛生， 服務良好， 不錯的住宿體驗

酒店環境及員工服務相當好，只可惜泊車收費出問題，首先 hotels.com 寫明每日收 euro 40, 結果酒店收我每日 euro 50, 服務員解釋細型及中型車收 euro 38, 大型車收 euro 50，但我泊的車只係一部5座的房車，又唔係7座 suv

Housekeeping not good , not replace the new shower gel , shampoo etc , bathrobe didn’t change for 4 days , would not fold the clothes for us

共住了4個晚上，第一天因時差在酒店睡下午覺，突然有員工開門查看雪柜物資嚇死了，第二天安排送到酒店房的東西也少了一件，第三天回到酒店竟然有別人的東西放到了我的房間，所以整體環境都好地點也好，就是安排比較混亂，如果這點都處理好就完美了

Very new hotel. Contemporary and chic design. All fitting are very new. Staff are friendly and smart dressing. Breakfast location is surprisingly good. Just 3 mins walking to Metro. My stay is during Milan fashion week, many fashion people and was told one movie star staying here :) One thing, the room lighting is very dimmish. Not comfortable for working & serious reading. Overall is good value for money.

Located near repubblica station, just 2 mins walk to the nearest metro entrance Elegant, trendy and comfortable room but the water will splash easily in shower place, need to improve the design

The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful, especially the door men, they always greeting you with big smile, our little girl is so happy during staying there.

The room and hotel were tip top. However it was let down by the breakfast which was cold. We told the receptionist and she got it sorted but we had a taxi booked so couldn’t wait. The rooftop terrace was lovely but very busy so hard to get a table. Good location and nice area

The hotel is lovely, and the cleanliness is impeccable; all the employees—including the concierge—are very friendly. I would like to thank the entire staff for remembering my husband's birthday, and for the lovely gesture and surprise they arranged for him. We have never received a surprise like that before—thank you!

Frühstück leider nicht gut, die Qualität der Speisen passt nicht zur Kategorie des Hotels, das Rührei leider ungeniessbar (keine frischen Eier). Die Zimmer sind dunkel mit wenig natürlichem Licht.
