这家酒店太棒了。Rue餐厅的食物和服务都非常出色。而且它位于一个环境优美的区域，周围有很多不错的餐厅和商店。

酒店外观很漂亮。但是，通往客房的走廊照明很暗。

玛雅酒店总是那么完美，肯定会带孩子们再来的。

床和枕头都非常棒，而且我还能感受到工作人员的友善。海滨泳池也很棒。

我们在这里住得很愉快。工作人员非常友好，非常乐于助人。一定会再来的！

Overall, it was good, but we're a bit disappointed because the room is not soundproof at all. Also, unlucky for us, the kids from our neighbor were really, really loud, and it was really annoying because they also tried to open the connecting door so many times. Also, when we came, the remote was broken, and the water heater, too. And the house keeping forgot to refill our coffee cups on the second day, but it was solved with one easy call, they fixed it, so the service was excellent here.👍🏻 When we visited the pool, there were so many kids, and they were really loud. It's almost everyone that's swimming, they're only kids. But don't get me wrong, this is a really great and really beautiful resort, only maybe this is more like a family resort and not a couple's resort.

Staffs are friendly. Location is very good. Close to Icon Mall and clean beach. Walking distance to local restaurant around the hotel

Our first time stay in Sanur and it was perfect because we chose the right hotel, i.e., Maya Sanur. The room was big enough for us and the kids and they have kids club. Direct access to the beach and cafes nearby. The breakfast was incredible and very tasty. We love staying in Sanur and particularly at Maya Sanur.

Saya pesan 2 kamar, request conecting dor ternyata tidak bisa bahkan kamarnya tidak bersebelahan padahal saya bawa manula & anak-anak. Saya request greeting Happy birthday di kamar juga tidak ada. Saya request pool akses juga ternyata tidak. Jadi buat apa request di aplikasi kalo hanya untuk di abaikan? Bantal kurang nyaman cenderung kempes, banyak spot-spot kamar & hotel yang kurang bersih, berdebu dan lain-lain. Staf saat ci kurang ramah, tidak seperti hotel bintang 5. Tapi kemudian di gantikan teman nya yang jauh lebih ramah. Interior kamar bagus, luas, bed nya juga luas. Tapi untuk harga segitu dengan apa yang di dapat selama menginap sepertinya kurang sepadan.

Nice place to stay when Nyepi in Bali. The hotel staff are friendly and communicative. The food is good, and the facilities are awesome. I tried yoga in the morning and this was so good!

Kamar luas, bawa 3 anak kecil dapat sofa bed, kamar mandi luas dengan 2 wastafel, balkon luas, suasana tenang, sedikit saran untuk kids club nya agar buka sepanjang waktu sejak pagi hingga sore agar anak-anak bisa setiap saat masuk di saat sedang bosan di kamar.
