Check in service was fantastic. Fast and friendly, with lots of local and on site recommendations. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient parking.

Hotel is amazing. Also, the Denny's attached to the hotel has the best dinner meals. I cannot describe how good the food is at this location.

We've stayed on another Sandman in Ontario 2 years ago and the experience was wonderful. The standard room is really small compared with other hotels. The fridge, the safe and the jacuzzi don't work. The mattress needs to be changed, it sags in the middle so it is not very comfortable. The room is noisy. It's located at the back of the building facing the highway, we asked to be changed they agreed but we were so tired that we decided to stay despite the noise we were already settled in the room. If you decide to rent a room ask for a room facing the parking lot. The TV is not smart so we haven't been able to login into Netflix or Amazon to watch a movie. The only thing that it was nice was the check in. The girl at the front desk when we arrived on Saturday was very professional, warm and helpful which we really appreciated. I'm not giving 5 stars to the service not because of her she deserves a 5 star. We bumped into a lady in the hallway that does the cleaning and I asked her something, she was really rude. I even talked to her in Spanish to make things easier for her but the bad attitude and rudeness didn't change. I'm staying until Saturday (January 10th 2026) because the week is already payed but we are not coming back to this hotel.

The washroom was not clean, kept up all night from noise on the floor above and then around 3:00 a.m. someone kept trying to get into my room
