膳食佳，第一天吃呼子尤魚刺身，醬油燒及天富羅三吃。第二天吃河豚刺身。 員工主動幫忙搬重重的行李上落二樓。感激！ 全店多處放置插花，具藝術美。 房間望海，景觀美麗。 晚上六時後供應自助酒吧零食，我不喝酒，但有支裝可樂供應，喜出望外。

員工服務很好，有禮，地方好傳統，得整潔，免費一小時家庭房溫泉，有浴衣，大人小朋友住了一晚得開心滿意。

Great service and atmosphere. The room is very clean and neat, the view is great. They have a mini lounge with drinks and snacks. Onsen is very relaxing too.

酒店住宿不錯，但飲食方面稍差一點，酒店傍晚提供免費酒吧飲料，值得一讚，因酒店遠離市中心，有這服務很好。

很满意，如有洗衣机和干衣机就完美了。 长途旅行和泡温泉有不少衣服需要几时清洗。最好是有自助收費的洗衣和干衣设备提供。

對老人不友善。一組旅客可兩次接送，只使用了一次，仍不肯通融另外一次，合併使用在check out.如果只有我旅沒老人同行我不會計較

3人1晚，面向海的房間，自選浴衣，還有付鞋子配， 員工可親，整個感覺很好，床是雙人size的，很舒適 家族風呂特推，去過的之中看過最誇張的設備，簡直就是個小房間 整個感覺很好，總之有機會會再去 唯一是附近沒有什麼東西，便利店也不近，推自駕遊人士

交通方便，接送接待服務一流，豐富膳食，住宿環境清淨，無敵海境，無限風呂，有機會再來。

This would have been a wonderful hotel next to the seaside . The hotel is only two storeys high and sea view units is also viewable by people on the ground floor. The day/private onsen are newly built, uses filtered sea water and highly recommended. Public outdoor onsen faces the sea is old but the bijin water is superior. Free use of lounge with free flow drinks is a plus available from 6pm. Overall enjoyable facilities but experience was marred by the front desk staffs who r cold, tone are condesending and rude, especially a male staff who lied to us about local regulations and gave us threats. Save for a chinese speaking lady who is polite throughout Our 2 nights stay. Hence i wont really want to recommend foreigners to this hotel if you are looking for an authentic local hospitality.

很棒的溫泉飯店，只是出入飯店至車站有點距離，或是提供腳踏車。我們check in後要求飯店至車站接駁服務被拒絕了。建議接駁服務可以頻繁一點，或是有固定班次。

晚餐貴夾唔好食，懷石來講簡直係垃圾，不過其他也很好

房間寬敞，環境安靜舒適

The hotel is clean and nice, especially the dinner, the dinner is very nice which make the price a really good price. There is Chinese staff in the hotel and the staffs can speak basic English too. The only two down side is that there is no lift in the main building which made it hard for my grandmother to access and the spring water is sea water.

第7次日本旅行比這家還貴的都住過很多了, 相對性價比高, 對海的風景實在好, 必須選對海的, 1分鐘可走到沙灘
