Bed is not comfortable , there was no shampoo, soap in room. Receptionist is not willing to help you when you ask something. Pool is fine, and there is free service from hotel to the beach

Worst holiday experience, and it was not only us but also many others had the same issue, Turkey turkey turkey every single day, food timings are very bad, Same food almost everyday, Dont waste your money

Room was clean when we started our stay but after that they stopped cleaning it until we ask for it. Some staff were very welcoming and professional especially the night ones but the morning the lady in the reception wasn't that good. The swimming pool was good the entertainment team were doing their best and we liked it. The food could definitely be better. The beach should have been groomed to remove the nettles and maintain the volleyball area.
