it was good, the room is clean, toilet is clean, everything was ok

My room is deluxe room. Nice, clean and bigger. But my room is a connecting room. So can hear clearly guest next room speaking especially if they bring small kids and tv sound. So not privacy and difficult to sleep while they talking or watching tv. Need to have more sound proof at connecting room's door. High pillow, no astro and room lighting quite dark. Not recommended this room if guest plan to stay in a few nights.

The room is full of ants and it's not properly cleaned when someone checked out.

The hotel was clean and the receptionists are nice. I liked the location because it was very near the terminal going to Malaysia and Singapore. The bed was comfortable too! Our room wasn't very nice though because the floor was wet during our whole stay. We didn't bother to tell the staff because we'll only sleep for one night anyway

Customer service is so so so bad. We are so upset with the service they gave. It's a 3 star hotel but has no customer service and the staff are all Bangladesh with no manners. Plus, you have to pay for parking rm 2 ringgit per day and it not stated in the hotel details. Overall its just ok. If you are going for family vacation 3/4 or more people, it's better not to come here. It will be trouble for you as you can't bring extra person inside. But if you are going for 2 person, it's nice to stay here.

1. Waiting time is too long at least 20 mins 2. No wardrobe inside 3. No Astro 4. High pillows and not much comfort 5. Printer is connected to WiFi wireless took 5 mins to print the receipt, they asked me 50RM advance, not sure why I should pay advance when I booked through my credit card.

Hotel bersih tapi agak sunyi.

Overall it was just good. I've stayed at this hotel few times and noticed similar issues never solved. First, noticed cockroaches moving freely in my room. Secondly, the faucet for the water hose was broken and thirdly, the bottled water provided in the room has uninteresting smell. The water is fine but not the plastic bottle. Probably, the plastic bottle or the packaging was contaminated.
