非常失望，这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。他们给了我一个地下房间，看起来像个仓库，而且非常吵闹，根本睡不着。我要求换房或者升级房间，但前台根本不帮忙，还说要加钱。我说我愿意加钱，只要能立刻换房就行。但他们只是笑笑，什么也没做。最后我搬到了另一家酒店，那里的员工更友好、更乐于助人。

房间很挤，非常挤。 房间一点隔音效果都没有。 我能听到隔壁的咳嗽和打喷嚏。 凌晨两三点，我被隔壁的开门关门声惊醒。我根本睡不着。

头痛。空调的冷风直接吹到我的头上，让我头痛欲裂，心情低落。今天和昨天不得不服用1000毫克/3片扑热息痛才好转。然后又飞回了泗水的家。窗户打不开。房间100%空调制冷。所有酒店住客均可免费享用早餐。感谢你们的一切。

S box 距离曼谷 Emsphere Plaza 非常近，位于市中心美食区和按摩区，交通非常便利……您不会饿着肚子，也不会失望

位于繁华的素坤逸区中心。步行即可到达 BTS 站。周围有很多餐厅。就在 Empshere 购物中心对面。

这家酒店的服务非常好。所有员工都很友好和善。地理位置优越，周围有便利店、商场和 BTS。但是，房间有点小，浴室排水口有点味道。

非常适合短期住宿。位置非常好。

Lupa foto hotelnya, tapi yang pasti hotelnya nyaman dan sangat strategis. Jalan sedikit ada Sevel, mal. Kalau mau naik transportasi umum, hotel ini juga dekat dengan halte bus dan BTS serta MRT. Pokoknya best!

The room is good, clean, and comfortable but I can hear all the sound from outside my room which can be annoying. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is right across Emsphere but quite a walk (10 min) from either Phrom Phong or Asok BTS station.

Overnight stay because I'm heading to Phuket next. Room size fits the concept, but cozy, clean, fully equipped, and friendly service.

I stayed at S Box since it was very close to a concert venue I was attending. Booked a single box 5.5 room for 4D3N and it was beyond great. The room might be quite stuffy for 2 guests with some luggages. The room got customisable ambience light and a cute teddy bear, such a nice gesture. I really like that it is strategically located in front of EmSphere and so close to the main road. Great location even for a solo female traveler. It’s so easily accessible by BTS and MRT, also a plus point of you want to go around the city by public transportation. The staffs were so, so friendly. I had some problem with my keycard slot but it was resolved quickly. Lots of options for restaurants around, besides the ones at the mall. Also, there’s a 7-11 nearby. I only have one photo, but the room is exactly as advertised. I will definitely come back to stay if I have another concert at UOB Live in the future.
