Lo único que no me parece es que cuando hice la reserva no me informaron de cargos adiciónales que cobra el hotel como en este caso el Valet Parking Uds son una compañía magnífica, deben informar eso para que el cliente sepa y pueda hacer la elección correcta. El Valet cuesta USD 40.00 por noche y me hubiera gustado saberlo. Gracias

convenient to walk to downtown area near Clematis street busy street... particularly on Saturday when have outdoor vendors sell their goods in tents set up on street- was fun and amazing - Residence Inn rooms were clean best was laundry facilities on 2nd floor after 2 week travel for washing clothes -

Entire area is over priced

Very nice hotel. We have a studio and there was plenty of space. Good breakfast included and a complete kitchen in the room. It is in a very quite street and you can walk to City Place.

This hotel offered a spacious suite, a heated pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff. They could use more hooks on walls to dry wet bathing suits, some tomatoes or cucumbers to add to breakfast choices, and a hot tub. Altogether a great stay in the heart of downtown West Palm.

We stayed in Residence Inn around Christmas time and loved the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown West Palm Beach, only 5 min walk from the waterfront, all stores and restaurants and city center. The hotel is very clean, front desk is extremely helpful, our room was upgraded. I definitely recommend it.

The reception service was below par.

Rooms are sparse with poor furnishings. Staff are inept at best and some are rude. Way too expensive for what it is. You can find better

We stayed in a suite. It was large, spacious, clean, great beds, television. We will definitely be back

There was a roach under the bathroom sink. They removed it . I wasn’t charged for the extra visitor

Everything was outstanding!! Will definitely be staying here when I come to West Palm Beach!!

The staff here were wonderful! Convenience for walking to shoppibg, restaurants and beach were great!

Clean and comfortable

This was a very lovely and comfortable hotel.

Reception desk was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are impeccably clean. It was in walking distance to all the restaurants downtown.

The hotel is clean and centrally located, many options for dinner and entertainment as it is located at a walkable distance from The square. The front desk staff is friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable. I only give 3 stars to this hotel because they don’t have self parking only valet parking, this valet parking cost another 38 dollars per day, today when I got my car back had a big dent, meaning that someone hit it hard, which was probably the same staff from the valet parking. I will not use this hotel again.

The hotel is obviously well run. Every aspect of the experience is perfect. Extremely friendly staff- from check in staff to parking attendants to porters were extremely friendly and never failed to greet or share a kind comment. The room was extremely organized and clean. The breakfast is fantastic- every aspect well thought out. The small things have been thoroughly considered. Its difficult to make suggestions for improvement without being petty.
