One of the best Guest House in Hong Kong! Highly Recommend for individuals even groups! Mr. Samir and the lady (forgot her name) are the nicest, warmest people you can met. Room is very nice and cleaned everyday. Bathroom has warm and cold shower. Towels, bed sheets and pillow covers are replaced everyday. Basic toiletries are replenished everyday. Free use of Microwave, Flat Iron, Fridge even Local calls! Free coffee, tea, toiletries even utensils and disposable cups! Drinking water is free (warm, normal, cold). Wifi is excellent! Speed can go up to 70mbps or more!. On our first day, the lady also gave us Food for our baby as a gift! Very kind gesture. Also if you have concerns. You may contact them directly at anytime. This hotel is perfect for family getaways. It is also convenient because it is near to the MTR station Exit D, near restaurants & shopping centers. The landlady is very accommodating, as in super. Rate from 1-10? 10 stars! The room is clean & yes small but its fit to the price. Will surely book this hotel again soon.

Will stay here everytime we go to hk we rented a family for 5 persons. There were 2 double beds and a solo bed. Accessibility: - elevators work fast - near mtr tsim sha tsui station d1 & d2 exit. - many food selections outside. Services: 10/10 - free hot water and cold water for drinking available in a dispenser just outside the room including coffee and tea. - microwave and refrigerator available for use in the common area for 24 hrs. - room has aircon, tv, and refrigerator - free wifi is fast cleanliness: 10/10 rooms are very clean. They change the sheets and bath towels every day. Space: 10/10 unlike other accommodation, the room was very spacious there is enough space for baggage and to move around. Restroom is just the right fit and also has hot and cold water. Staff: samir and his wife, including their son are really friendly

Spacious, super clean and accessible to all mtrs

Perfect for people who will mostly be outside and sole purpose of the hostel is to just have a place to sleep. Otherwise, a hotel would be more reasonable. The place is very small. Can't move around too much. But they clean it everyday so that's good. The location is near everything for a tourist haha! Near the mtr, china ferry terminal, avenue of stars. All in walking distance. Recommended for people trying to save money.

I really had a great stay in London Guest house. It is located in 13th floor of Mirador Mansion. Some said that the elevator has a long queue but with our experience it not. We stayed 2 nights March 4-6. What I like about the hotel is it is near MTR Exits, many 7/11 to reload your octopus card, near kfc, McDonalds, pizza hut and shopping center and just 2 meters from the hotel you can buy souvenier like key chain 9 for 100hkd, 5 wallet for 60bkd. Sam is very accommodating we actually booked room good for 3 as we are expecting small rooms in HK. Room is cold, there's a free water so no need to buy water outside, coffee ( nescafe) if you have a tight budget bring coffee 3n1 👌with you, hair dyer and tissue refill everyday. Also, they will clean the room everyday so after our tour when we get back to our room it is very clean. Wow! They also allow us to leave our things while we had our Lantau tour until 7pm with no no extra charge. If we will go back to hk again I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Sam.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are small but very clean. The staff always do the housekeeping and replace the towels everyday even not being told. Sam offer free water, coffee and garbage bag which is nice for tight budget travellers like us

Samir is very approachable and kind. Hotel was small but it was very clean and they change towels and provide toiletries everyday. Water, tea and coffee is free of charge. Hotel is also near MTR station. We highly recommend this hotel. 💯💯👍🏼👍🏼

It was great, the location is very near from the MTR. highly recommended if you are on a budget, it was simple yet it has free drinking water (hot and cold) which was a great help because water at hongkong is very expensive. Samir is very accommodating too. He even let us left our baggage there even after check out. cleanliness is very good. a nice stay i will say. thank you! will definitely come back 😊😊😊
