ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was kind and the food was delicious. The only thing is it’s located about 30 minutes from most activities.

Tertemiz odalar ve her an yardımcı olan personel sayesinde kendimi evimde hissettim; tüm ekibe içtenlikle teşekkür ederim ve bu deneyimi herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

We ha wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect and the facilities were well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good service and a calm environment.

Best service , great modern room , roof bar nice view , food are very good . The only problem with garage ( small entrance and limited parking space.

The hotel is nice but far away from the city center and all the touristy places. It is by the Marmara sea and I think it would be nicer in the summer time. There is a shopping center close to the hotel with a few restaurants. Also , some eating option by the marina.
