浴室不太干净，有些地方已经损坏，无法使用。浴室里有些热水器也坏了。浴室不太明亮，灯光昏暗。

景色非常美丽的酒店，尤其是日出时分……

这是我第一次被迫给出 1S 评级。从服务方面来说，不是很专业。就食物而言，它只是 B。就房间舒适度而言，房间相当老式。需要更简约的更新。仅从活动设施方面提供的就很令人满意。相当专业。结论：对于像 Simalem 这样的国际酒店来说，但它有一种 OYO 的感觉。

该度假村适合居家度假。

位置非常好，多巴湖的景色非常棒，有很多拍照点。该度假村还在您入住期间提供许多活动，但遗憾的是并非所有活动均可参加。这个地方也很安静，早餐时间似乎客人很少。 缺点是马桶冲水装置坏了，酒店员工虽然很健谈，但很少微笑。我也有机会使用卡拉 OK 设施，但没有警员待命，所以尽管我事先已经预约，但我最终还是等了很长时间才等到警员到来。也许是因为游客很少，所以当有 2 个具体要求时他们似乎还没有准备好。希望未来会有所改进，因为如果管理得当，这个度假村实际上是非常棒的。

到目前为止，一切都很好。只是可惜在旺季住在那里，早餐时间餐厅都挤满了人，很多食物都卖光了，你不得不等很长时间才能补充食物。

Cukup menyenangkan menginap di simalem... cocok buat yang cari ketenangan, untuk yang mencari fasilitas kurang cocok.

utk harga mmg lumayan mahal tp suasana alam sangat dingin, kebersihan sekitar ok, tp uk akses masuk lumayan jauh, pelayanan ramah, utk makanan rasany kurang cocok dilidah secara lidah org Jkt.

Lost my phone in restaurant, the staff was able to return it. Kids enjoyed the facilities which most of them were free of charge. The view was spectacular, matched with the service. You have to try jungle trekking which is very refreshing and Karaoke (you will feel like a professional singer). I cannot say anything bad about the staff. They're all very good and very nice.

Hotel-nya bagus banget. View-nya gak ada tandingan-nya, sangat luar biasa indah. Pelayanan-nya juga asyik dan ramah-ramah. Sangat direkomendasikan di Taman Simalem Resort, apalagi untuk liburan bareng keluarga.

Staf hotelnya ramah, tapi sayang penginapan mahal.

Very excellent place to go for holiday especially a serene place for a cuppa coffee as well as lots of adventure and activities. I appreciate the friendly lady who assist us in the rental of the bicycles for us to ride up to one tree hill, the ranger who brought us to jungle trekking and take awesome pictures of us at the waterfalls, the lovely cashier who allow us to play darts and the very pretty yoga sensei who guide the yoga class wonderfully. The front desks and the porters are always very friendly and responsive.
