Major hotel in town. Walkable distance to old town, close to long distance bus station. Spacious room.

The property is located very close to the sea and is 10 minute walk from old town. It's condition is average, with a strange mid level design that you have to carry luggages for a few steps. My room ran out of water to flush toilet. I requested a room change and was switched to a much smaller one. The in room air condition did not seem to work, and neither was the bathroom exhaustion fan.

A good and clean hotel. Rooms were modern and comfortable. The reception staff that greeted me were polite and professional.

The carpet was extremely dirty, The TV did not work properly, The balcony was in closed, make it impossible to see anything. Otherwise, the property was fine

Caution: there is no air conditioner control in the room! If we want the temperature to change we have the ask in the reception. The control in the room only works for turning on or off. Also it never goes below 22°C, although it shows 20. So if you like to change temperatures along the day or for the night, go somewhere else. The hotel is very well located, in front of a beautiful beach, also a nice place to see the famous sunset (the beach). 1,5Km from downtown, so it is walkable. Breakfast is complete, but with only one coffee machine, there is always a line and it can take a while until you get your coffee. There was no coffee machine or free water in the room, no conditioner for the hair (only shampoo, that made my hair strange). The staff was nice, and tried to help with the room temperature, but there is not much they can do if the service itself is not available.

The room felt dirty and tired - also the the weird metal coverings on the balcony above the railing made it so you couldn’t see the ocean - which was why we booked that room.

Das Hotel an den Charme eines sozialistischen Baus. Besonders der ältere Herr an der Rezeption sollte an seiner Freundlichkeit üben.

Vi nød i høj grad vores ophold på hotellet. Personalet var imødekommende, høflige og effektive. Morgenmaden var også fin. Beliggenheden var helt perfekt for os; man er lige ved siden af stranden, og cirka 20 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel. Eneste minus var, at poolen var med saltvand og ikke klor (det blev vi lidt overraskede over).

Aangenaam, rustig hotel met directe ligging aan het strand met verschillende strandbars. 20minuutjes wandelen naar de oude stad. Ontbijt en netheid van het hotel is prima. Zwembadwater heel aangenaam en zuiver maar het zwembad zelf is oud en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. Handdoek service is goed geregeld. Je neemt aan het zwembad zoveel handdoeken als je wil en kan ze steeds omwisselen.

Vi bodde några dagar på vår väg söderut. Stort hotell med rymligt rum som verkade nyrenoverat. Enda negativa var en tråkig balkong med ett "tegelgaller' som skymde utsikten. Bra poolområde och direktaccess till stranden, som ju förstås var ganska stenig. Stor frukost, där man också kunde sitta ute. Fri parkering och vi använde inte bilen under vår vistelse utan promenerade in till Zadars mysiga gamla stad, tog ung. 20 minuter.
