Good hotel in the heart of Reims. A 3-star hotel, that okay, but have some issues regarding the Room. The aircondition did'nt work as it should. In the hot days, it could not make any different a the 35° degrees hot weather. In the bathroom - the toilet paper holder did not work... The pressure of the water - from the bath was almost not existing The wall was missing a little bit of art But okay according to the price

The room smelled very bad. Carpet was very dirty. There was no bedding for the sofa bed my oldest child had to sleep with us and the 12 weeks baby. Bathroom had clipped nails inside the sink. Overall, the room itself was not great. Breakfast was good.

Allt var perfekt. Rummet blev varmt men det var varmt ute så det räknade vi med.

Breakfast could be improved. Eggs should be already boiled. Otherwise it is a waste of time for boiling and for cooling them down.

32 grader på værelset kl 23 uden mulighed for at køle det sufficient ned, blot udstyret med en blæser hvilket ikke hjalp. Sengen er placeret oppe under loftet langt fra vinduet, så temperaturen var umulig at kontrollere og helt umuligt at få sig en ordentlig nats søvn.

Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value.
