Leilighets hotell , stue kjøkken og bad. Bodde fire uker og trivdes. Det er ikke rengjøring og sengeskift i leien men kan bestilles . Ellers er det 50 meter til vaskeri . Du har det u trenger på kjøkkenet og er nok bra Thailansk standard.? 10-15 min å gå til Kosy beach og to strandrestauranter

I can’t recomend this property as it had NOBODY in charge able to communicate with or deal with problems .The security guard bless her soul did her best ! The appartment office on the ground floor did fix the exploding leaking air condition unit because I had the sense to ignor the office round the courner with non English speaking staff .reluctant and hiding from irate customers waiting to solve problems for ages ! Emails were ignored and at their leisure they made selfish decisions that did not solve the problem .Then they stole my deposit because I had to catch a early flight home !Despite being more than helpful informative and a nice helpful customer !

Accommodation is situated near to Cosy Beach around 5 mins walk distance. Feel of the neighborhood is more relaxed with lots of restaurants & shopping facilities close by. The Sky Gallery restaurant is a must to visit, again within 5 mins walking distance off Soi Rajchawaroon, with views across Pattaya Bay. Around 10 min drive by motorbike taxi to Pattaya City itself so not that far from all the action. Decorated to a modern standard with all cooking facilities available. Very spacious Condo with nice views of Pratnumak Hill. Would definitely stay again!
