The swimming and spa facilities are great to enjoy. The view of Matterhorn from the room is amazing.

Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw some staff walked pass, and they ignored us telling us to continue with the door bell (which no one answered)… finally door opened, and we walked to reception to check in. The guy was on phone with a blunt face. The young lady was ok, attended to us, took our passports, then she answered the phone and was engaged on the phone for almost 5min. (Staff who are serving guests during check ins should not take calls and be engaged in other calls!) We were watching her on the phone waiting… These two staff at reception both had the attitude and impatient look when dealing with guests. We intended to ask about tea and breakfast timings and dinner recommendations around the area, but we didn’t want to “bother” them and so we didn’t ask anything. The waiting at the gate plus the waiting at check in was disappointing. The nice room made up and we overall were happy about the stay.

The hotel is good. Room is comfortable. Facilities like the swimming pool and sauna are great. Breakfast is awesome. The only one thing that upset me is the reception staff being impolite, ruining my mood.

很近車站，房間舒服，服務好，還有免費下午茶，有蛋糕及咖啡，唯一不足是不可以在房間煮食，甚至吃東西都不可以。

近火車站，設施完備，房間大設計特別，另早餐有特色，食物新鮮。每日有免費下午茶，自由自在享用。面向策馬特洪峰，景色優美。

Facilities were great. Swimming pool, spa, etc. Staffs are extremely friendly. They gave my son a small gift when they learned it was his birthday. Breakfast was great and close to train station. Great view of Matterhorn.

A wonderful experience starting from the time of check in. Staff were nice, told me for the weather forecast and nearby travel points with patience. Rooms were spacious, new and clean, especially the bathroom. Restaurant were beautifully designed, food were nice. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna rooms were available

很爛的住宿經驗，冰箱和熱水壺全部不提供。飯店明定是不要在房間裡煮東西，一經發現罰款500CHF. 結果擴大要求房裡全部不准吃東西，包含你到超市買的烤雞等。 當然如果有需要只能在大廳旁的餐桌使用，第一晚給他需要微波的食物加熱。第二晚帶來泡麵披薩請他加熱就不開心了。 飯店要求房客不能在房裡吃東西，而不願意給相對的服務。 第二晚飯店跳電，沒有wifi,但老闆就兩手一攤不然你要我怎麼辦的樣子，非常不負責任。 更何況僅僅要求刮鬍刀，打前台號碼，老闆都在照顧小孩。需要過20分鐘處理好後，老闆打電話過來，房客親自下去前台拿取刮鬍刀片。 這樣的服務對上此星等的飯店，完全不符。 設施一切不錯，但可能因為這樣的設施，讓飯店認為不能有任何清潔上的困難，而定了此嚴苛的規定。似乎把自己當成了美術館。 強烈不推薦入住！

Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing. Will come back gain. Thank you Fleur de Zermatt!
