酒店是在当地遭受特大洪水袭击后才重新开业的。就连大堂都被淹没了，空气中还残留着洪水的气味。

位置靠近李园，附近有7-11便利店和按摩店，地理位置不错。开车去合艾可以免费停车，但房间一般。

感觉很好，为顾客提供宽敞的停车空间

自2018年来到合艾以来，今年也住同一家酒店。我早上9点多就到了酒店，想先把行李寄存，下午2点再办理入住，但工作人员让我直接入住，这让我很惊讶，他们很乐于助人，我让他们保管我的护照，而且不用付押金。房间和卫生间很大，但需要自带牙刷和牙膏。总的来说，酒店位置很好，步行到李花园只需5分钟。

接待人员非常友好。

Receptionist not friendly.. I think she is a supervisor at reception counter.. Very arrogant

The color hotel so good and nearby downtown.

Everything was fine for the price except that the one of the receptionist who is quite rude and unfriendly.

Hotel are not crowded and the area not far from town.

This accommodation is very clean and comfort. The location close to Lee Gardens Plaza , Odean and minimarket like 7/11, easy to find local food, drink and snacks. This hotel is perfect for family and also a group of family for shopping and culinary. I will stay in this hotel again for the next trip in Hatyai.

Saya stay 2 malam. Bilik hotel luas. Tapi bunyi tandas diflush kedengaran shingga menganggu tidur. Bunyi orang bersembang dari bilik sebelah juga jelas. Iron tidak ada disediakan di hotel. Staf lelaki yang jaga pintu amat friendly.

Overall is good, room is clean and spacious. The bad thing is that the room is not good in sound proof.

I had an unpleasant experience during our check out. The receptionist in charge is impolite and rude. She accused me of opening up the mineral water in the fridge. The bottle is still full and is not open. She said the bottle is slightly open and asking me to pay for it. I told her it could be from the previous customer which they do not check the minibar everyday. I don't even open up the fridge to see whats inside. The bottle is only cost 20bath which is not costly. The problem is she behave terrible and a have a very bad customer service. Should not be working at front desk.

Clean and comfort, but sound proof need to be improve.
