Very clean room. Walking distance to hatyai plaza trade, lee garden plaza, odean mall. 7 eleven right in front of the street. Room inclusive of mineral water, shampoo, bath soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. Room accomodate with mini fridge, hairdryer, sofa & iron is just outside the room. Very friendly receptionist & can speak english! Very recommended!

Perfect place to stay. Near to lee garden, clock tower. New building. Everything is perfect!

The bed is so comfy and spacious. Provide good cleaning service.

I booked 2 rooms, one through app and another one through other booking apps. But the other booking got canceled the day I arrived. The owner kindly let us 3 person stayed in one room. It wasn't a problem for us because the room was spacious enough for us. Bed and pillow was soft so we had a good night sleep. The guesthouse was so quiet so it was a peace stay. Will return to this guesthouse if I ever visit Hatyai again. Lee garden plaza is only 10 minutes (600 meter) from this guesthouse. 7eleven is just round the corner. It was quite close to other market as well.

ดีมาก โรงแรมพี่งปรับปรังใหม่ ย้ายถัดไปอีก2ซอย ราคาเหมาะสม ในห้อง มีให้ครบ ตู้เย็น ไดร์เป่าผม ตู้เย็น ทีวี มีเตารีดให้ด้วย(แต่ต้องไปรีดข้างนอกห้อง) มีระเบียงนั่งเล่น อยู่ไม่ไกลจากตลาดกิมหยง พนักงานบริการดีมากครับ มีบริการให้เช่ารถมอเตอร์ไซด์ด้วย(แต่รถจะเก่าหน่อยครับ) โดยรวมห้องพักดี คุ้มค่ากับราคา มีอาหารว่าง ขนมปัง กาแฟ หยิบกินได้ตลอดเวลาครับ

Recommended banget deh guesthouse-nya, kami menginap di standard twin room dan overall oke. Alamat guesthousenya sudah pindah ke tempat yang baru ya. Baru dibangun dan masih tahap penyelesaian. Semua fasilitas yang dikasih masih baru banget, kondisi guesthouse bersih. Air panas di kamar berfungsi baik dan masih dikasih hairdryer!

I had the most pleasant here. The room was comfy and very clean. Simple design but I love all of it. I stayed here for 3 nights. They provided everyday cleaning room services. The owner families could speak english well so there no problem at all. Motorcycle rental is available at the guesthouse. This guesthouse is near to 7e and ATM. Short walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza about 10 minutes. I am highly recommended this guesthouse.

The location is strategic and nearby the street food market. We have had a wonderful nights there!

Very good value for money, room is surprisingly very spacious. have toiletries, Coffees, kettle, and mineral water. Aircond works well too. Location is very good too just 3 minutes to 7E, and walking distance to Lee Garden and Kimyong market. Overall, very satisfying.

Enak banget. dibolehin check-in lebih awal (pagi jam. 8) padahal harusnya jam 14.00 baru bisa check-in. Pemiliknya baik dan lancar bahasa inggris. Ada rental motor seharga 300 baht.

ห้องพักสะอาด การเดินทางสะดวก คุ้มค่ากับราคา แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กถ้าใครตัวใหญ่อาจจะรู้สึกอึดอัด สำหรับเราไม่มีปัญหา ที่สำคัญขอบคุณเจ้าของมากๆค่ะที่รอเช็คอิน เพราะไปถึงเกือบๆ 5 ทุ่ม เกรงใจมากๆ 🙏

Kamar bersih, wangi, hargo cocok untuk backpackers, lokasi dekat kemana-mana. Pemiliknya ramah. Homey. Recommended. Next menginap lagi sini.

房间很干净，住宿条件看起来不错，主人很友善，给出了很好的建议。有机会我会再来并入住的。

Sangat puas dengan hotel get guesthouse, pemilik hotel sangat ramah, dapat berbahasa inggris sangat membantu, ditanya info tentang hatyai juga mau membantu, check-in juga sangat cepat, ramai yang menginap, lokasi sangat strategis di pusat kota hatus tapi suasana hotel sepi dari keramaian/tidak bising, kamar bersih, kamar mandi di dalam bersih, asisten hotel juga ramah, tidak ada taxi wisatawan asing, biaya menginap murah tapi tidak murahan, thanks.
