Homely, comfortable if a tad dated. My room had been newly renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the rain shower had weak pressure. There was a bit of noise from children running around the corridors and playing at the rear of the hotel but it was otherwise peaceful and comfortable. The staff, without exception, were super friendly and helpful.

Had a great two night stay here - conveniently located to the south of town centre, but easy to find and ample parking. Room was really comfortable, and clean/modern bathroom. Could be a bit noisy in the corridor. Breakfast was a buffet, but offered a good range of hot items. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again.

Quarto agradável para 3. Bar com opções de lanche e jantar, atendeu bem a expectativa. Leisure center em reformas, deve melhorar em breve (não entendi bem mas para frequentar a piscina precisa de touca?), boa opção para quem tem crianças.

It was terrible we jad to be moved3 time , this hotel was housing asylum seekers the kids were running up and downsteps were are 1st room was , then they moved us to anther room were the window was frosted up and when i opened the window well it was a degrace and there was a sell, they jad a plug in airfresher and it cot my husband chest he has be coughing , i complaint and yhen the hirl move us to a 3rd room , i paid £485 pound to stay in a hotel , were the are housing Asylum seeker , Its a degrace , this hotel shouldnot be open to public . I dont think i would ever book this place again and i dont thinlk hotel.com should have it on there list for public to stay .this is the photos of second room outside

Staff are very friendly, nothing was a bother to them, and the weather was brilliant

We enjoyed our stay at the Twin Trees Hotel. The only complaint is that the pool closed early for children under 18, which caused some disappointment for our daughter. We found out this is common in Ireland, and learned to adjust our schedule a bit if swimming at the hotel was an option.

Der „Spa-Bereich“ ist total heruntergekommen. Hier macht man eine echte Zeitreise in die 80er Jahre. Es sieht so aus als wenn in einen Lost-Place einfach wieder Wasser eingelassen wurde: - überall fehlen Fliesen und Kacheln. - sehr hohe Verletzungsgefahr im Jacuzzi-Bereich (fehlende Wasserablaufgitter + scharfkantige Fliesen). - Saunatemp. ging nur bis 70 Grad - Sauna-Holzsitze waren abgenutzt und marode. - Nur zwei Liegen im gesamten Spabereich. - Überall Schimmel. Wenn das Hotel 80-100 € gekostet hätte, dann hätte ich nichts geschrieben - bei diesen hohen Übernachtungskosten (220€ / 4 Pers. Zimmer) ist der Preis/Leistung in meinen Augen noch niemals einen Stern wert.

There was plenty of work ongoing while my stay at the hotel. The room i was in was clean and tidy but needed too be updated a bit. Small tv and kettle wasnt the best iv seen but it did th job. Plenty of car parking was a hugh plus. Friendly staff and great breakfast room. I will be back when all the work is complete.

Nice hotel going through a makeover, grounds in need of TLC.. This hotel part of it is home to migrants, and they seem to have there own entrance, kids playing football in car park.. and alot of calls on speaker phone a little annoying..

Hotel was fantastic.Very clean lovely room cleaners and Sean and Mani went over and beyond to help us will definitely be going again. 5 🌟

The receptionist was amazing too bad the water pressure was awful and rooms were cold with no heating.

Hotel is under going renovations throughout the hotel that i was nor made aware of when booking. I first became aware of the renovation works upon arrival when a sign was on the front door and further signs throughout the hotel. While making way to our room had to walk through corridors that are being prepared for paint i.e. patches of filler on walls and doors of the rooms i these corridors and edge's of corridor carpets cut aware for painting of skirtings, etc. Also, the garden area at the front of the property is in extremely poor condition, like a tractor or machinery has been driven on. Disappointing stay.
