Strand nah, super Restaurant

Tutto il necessario per una splendida vacanza in Sicilia, Casa Playa si trova a Balestrate una piccola località a mezz'ora circa dall'aeroporto di Punta Raisi, posizione strategica per visitare Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo e Mondello con le loro bellissime spiagge, Monreale con la sua cattedrale, la bellissima riserva dello Zingaro a soli 20 minuti con i suoi percorsi nella natura e le sue cale spettacolari. Appartamento funzionale e grande con spazio in veranda, parcheggio per le auto interno ma anche esterno alla struttura gestita dal Signor Innocenzo e la sua famiglia persone eccezionali accoglienti e sempre disponibili, la struttura affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia di Balestrate quindi per chi non ha voglia di spostarsi e vuol godersi un po' di relax sotto casa questa è la soluzione adatta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo 5 giorni ma sicuramente torneremo in una prossima vacanza perché il posto merita tantissimo e sicuramente almeno 2 settimane

Owners and admin staff are super friendly. Property is super close to the beach. Food at the restaurant is great and good value. Great experience overall

Tre giorni di assoluto relax.Ottima accoglienza del simpatico e solare Innocenzo,premuroso nei confronti degli ospiti. La struttura fronte mare pulita e curata, riserva anche in spiaggia, l'ombrellone e le sdraio. Area per i piú piccoli con altalene.Docce esterne.Possibilità di pranzare e cenare al ristorante "Lo squalo", che fa parte della struttura, il tutto a conduzione familiare. Lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo sicuramente. Caterina ed Angelo.

Wery kind personality, wery good food in pizzeria and nice beach.

We had a nice stay at Case Playa, great location, right on the beach, with an excellent view at the sea. The owner, Inocenzzo, was very helpful, waiting for us on the check in day, even though we were very late and made our check in fast and easy. There was something that I was not happy with at all and here I don't blame the owner, but Hotels.com. On our check out day, we were requested by the host to pay an additional cost of 125 euros, 80 euros as cleaning fee and 45 euros as a local fee. I was very surprised about it, but checking on the confirmation papers, somewhere on the last page, written small, there was these fees mentioned. I really think that Hotels.com should make these fees very visible, or add them in the final price, so when you decide to pay for a reservation, you know what you pay for.

Alloggio molto confortevole con zona soggiorno, cucina, ampio terrazino con possibilità di mangiare fuori, due camere e il bagno. Zona tranquillissima ma non centralissima al paese che però è molto facile da raggiungere, in compenso è nel centro del Golfo di Castellamare comodissimo per visitare e fare escursioni in tutta la zona da Palermo a Trapani. Il letto e il materasso sono molto comodi, abbiamodormito molto bene. La struttura si trova fronte spiaggia, quindi il panorama è stupendo, una spiaggia enorme e per fortuna poco frequentata, quindi tranquilla e ideale per chi vuole stare in relax, ha il parcheggio interno e gratuito, quindi nn c'è il problema del cercare parcheggio (cosa mooolto vantaggiosa). Il proprietario Innocenzo, con tutta la sua famiglia, (è a conduzione famigliare) sono sempre stati disponibilissimi per ogni nostra richiesta, gentili e premurosi senza essere invadenti. Gestiscono tra l'altro anche la pizzeria/ristorante che si trova di fronte agli appartamenti dove si può mangiare la loro pizza e il cous cous davvero ottimi! Insomma noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglierei ad occhi chiusi a tutti, ideale per famiglie (come noi) per ragazzi giovani e per quelli meno giovani. Che dire.... grazie di cuore ad Innocenzo e tutta la sua famiglia per la bella vacanza che abbiamo trascorso. Da rifare sicuramente!

Ci siamo fermati 10 giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia. Entrati nell'appartamento abbiamo subito notato i locali ampi, un arredamento adeguato e un ottimo livello di pulizia. Il proprietario e tutta la sua famiglia, sono sempre stati gentili e hanno prontamente risposto alle nostre richieste / esigenze. Una bella esperienza a pochi passi dallo splendido mare...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sejour. Notre hôte nous a bien accueilli malgré une heure un peu tardive. L appartement est grand et conforme à nos attentes. Place de parking Nous recommandons cette résidence. Émilie et Gregory

Mooi, prima appartement. Voor 4 personen prima te doen. Koken kan, maar is een beetje behelpen. Verder alles aanwezig. Ruim, schoon en prima eigenlijk. Wel is het zo dat er in principe niet gepoetst wordt, althans bij ons niet en na 7 nachtjes is dat toch minder prettig. We hadden wel genoeg handdoeken.

appartement conforme en tous points aux photos. Très propre. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Voiture obligatoire car un peu excentré de Balestrate (courses, etc...) Plage face à l’hôtel très agréable. Gérant 100% aimable et serviable. Bâtiment d'à côté à l'abandon qui dénote complètement de cet hôtel récent. Mais ce n'est pas spécifique à l'endroit car il y a des constructions abandonnées partout en Sicile (étonnant !)

We were after an apartment to use as a base for exploring Sicily and Casa Vancanze playa looked perfect. Due to only having one review on expedia we had to rely on the photographs and were very pleased to find that the apartment was exactly, if not better than expected. The owner Innocenzo and partner Grace were very welcoming and made us feel at home and the added bonus was that they also own and run an excellent restaurant on the same site. We had our evening meals there nearly every night as the food was so good and the atmosphere was very relaxing and many locals ate there which shows how good the food is. There is a beach just in front of the hotel which looks very nice but we are not beach people so can only comment on how it looked. The apartments are located just outside of the quiet town of Balestrate so I would recommend hiring a car from the airport as there are many great things to see if you are prepared to do a bit of driving.

Super schönes, kleines Familiengeführtes Hotel. Sehr sauber und ein sehr guter Service. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Etwas schwierig zu erreichen (braucht ein Auto).
