Super comfy, clean, and spacious room. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were excellent. We absolutely loved the area. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially when it came to dining options. In the center of downtown so there were many dining, dancing, and drinking places to walk to or ride an electric bike around.

The hotel has a great downtown location. It has a gym and the coffee is great.

My room Ac wouldn’t go past 72 degrees. It was over 90 outside. My room had 1 towel, no washcloths, no soap, a broken iron and ironing board. 2 complimentary bottles of water that were already drank and emptied when I arrived. There was no parking options presented leading to a parking ticket.

I stayed for a cheer competition near by in room 505, The room and property are beautiful just like pictures. As for The restaurant in the hotel the food could be better. My second complaint is that my room had no ac making my stay horrible left early in the morning because of it. I complained to front desk twice was given a fan but didn’t make it better. Was told that a manager would reach out to me but no one did and it’s 3 days later so decided to write the review. Oh and parking was $34 for less than 24 hours. also my windows were dirty from previous stay it was nasty.

I think the only thing I didn't like was that I could hear the plumbing in the walls every time someone flushed the toilet in the building.

The hotel is in an excellent location for downtown events. The lobby is very nice for a drink and music. There are fine restaurants within walking distance. The modern decor is a little worn. Bathrooms are clean but need an update. The air conditioner thermostat failed on the 2nd day of my stay, and it could not be repaired. The staff was very kind.

Room was great, location fantastic. A little noisy, sounds like someone moving sheet metal around all night. Not sure what it was. Despite this we enjoyed stay.

Close to concert venue and places to eat. A discount on parking would welcomed. Bar had good drinks. Just enough with style.
