we book 6 person doom for 4 of us to stay 7 day, when arrive they give us a room with double bed and a double decker bed, and have any 2 double decker in any room which have a door between two room without lock, the toilet and kitchen is in another room, the kitchen is doesn't work we can't cook for any food, only have microwave, small refrigerator and a small oven for toast. After I told the owner, they change us to another room which only 4 of us to stay with lock, but space is small and no kitchen, anyway, so far so good. But it location is good, close to Paddington station, the cafe breakfast is cheap ,good quaility of food, services of the lady and men are both number one.

The hostel was terrible. I could not find the hostel even I arrived the location because there was nothing in the entrance. The staff was nice but the condition was bad. The room was small and there was no lockers!!!!!! I worried about my safety every night. The cleanliness was bad but the staff told me that they have cleaned the room already. I booked a 6 bed room but they offered me a 8 bed room. So why did I pay more money for? Also, there was no common room. I expected to meet new friends in hostel but turns out I did not. If you are a very very budget traveler, you may book it but I will never ever come again.

Kitchen is locked so its kinda inconvenient for us to cook or just do the microwave thing.

Great value for the price. Property is old but clean and maintained. There's a lor of streetlight, so bring eye shades. Everything is quite basic, which is what you expect at that pricepoint. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The host at the front desk was next level hospitable- even making dinner for my large family. I’ve never experienced anything like it all our world travel.

Great location and really good space for me my partner and 4 young children. Although dated the room and hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Toki was very helpful in making our stay straight forward. We have saved this location and will definitely stay at the atlas hostel again.

Room was quite functional but if you’re looking for pristine living conditions, you will be disappointed The hostel was very close to the transportation lines and the sightseeing busses, the check in was quite easy and our luggage was transported from the check in place to our hostel. It was great. We weren’t sure what we would be getting when we booked a hostel, not a hotel. The location was near small shops and food vendors. Lots of pleasant surprises I would book there again

The property is for families wanting to really see London. It’s Not a cozy place to hangout. It’s exactly what it states, the customer service is good, if you need anything they will adress it and assist you. Just note the guest desk isn’t at same location. Luckily the housekeeping staff was kind to show us the way. Other than that! For the price, location it’s near Paddington square to catch train and very nearby most of the sights just note it’s a lot of walking so the train is a great asset. Everyone is pleasant and very nice! For our family of 6 it was a great place for us. Please note the space is limited but that’s only because our original room was being renovated. Which is out of our control and the property. But truly worked out for us. If handicap, or traveling with an elderly parent etc. ask for a room on 1st floor or main building. Peaceful and worked for our needs.

Fantastic location! Good price. Room a little small, but with a cute bathroom inside! Shower was nice & hot. Lovely touches: tea, coffee, sugar, plates, cups, utensils, adaptor plug, fridge & microwave. Very clean sheets & towels! The entrance area smelled a little bit like old/stale cigarettes, but not inside room 4. Would highly recommend!

Nuestra queja por una de las literas en estado regular, el de arriba tenia varias varillas salidas y por ello no se durmio nadie en ella y sonaba mucho cuando el de abajo se movia Alfombra con hormigas Bastante deteriorado el mobiliario

La atención buena sin embargo el último día de estancia, el agua caliente para la regadera, no funcionó. Nos asignaron amablemente otra habitación pero tampoco funcionó

La habitación contaba con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, agua caliente y camas cómodas. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro, lo que facilitó el traslado a los lugares turísticos.

Location is excellent, close to Paddington station, but property needs a lot of work; room was very small, bed small and uncomfortable, bathroom without water during morning hours. This location looks more for hostel.

Decent value compared to other nearby hotels, as the location is great (other than the 5min walk to reception) though the room wasn't very good. The shower had varied pressure that just stopped once mid-use and there was a strong smell from the bathroom. It didn't seem like anything was leaking directly into the bathroom but still was unpleasant.
