The room was basic but fine, bed was comfy. The restaurant was closed which we weren’t aware of when booking. The pool area definitely doesn’t look like the main photo shown at all and wasn’t well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient though.

Great service at check in and out. Room was very clean. Good sized room .Great place to stay. Good pricing. Will be back again on the next trip.

Excellent stay at Comfort In Grammar View during the Carnival of Flowers. Quiet and well maintained location - close to Queens Park; clean, modern room with all necessary amenities; comfortable bed for great night's sleep; great on-site restaurant with beautifully made quality food and friendly service; good pool area for hot days. Definitely would love to stay again when in town.

Reasonable for an overnight stay. Showing small signs of ageing. Bed was reasonable, as was water pressure.

Handy to where i had to go. Great area for the cafe scene, plenty of options, major shopping areas close by.

Location is quiet and convenient. Food quality is great.

Curtains are filthy and mouldy, couldn’t lock the security door had to get it fixed, locks on all sliding doors are extremely worn out. Been staying at this place for 40 years, needs maintenance!!! Generally the room was clean ie bathroom etc, bed was fabulous.

property was fine however booked two rooms and only received one on arrival. Confirmation was not upheld.

Friendly receptionist. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast in room was on time, and delicious.

Our stay was most enjoyable and greatly enhanced by the fact that a wonderful restaurant was available on site, at which we had a most enjoyable dinner. All in all highly recommended.

This is a pretty classic motel, but very clean inside the rooms. The pool looked a bit dated but I don't swim. Check in was super easy! Staff very friendly.

Just a great all round package

Excellent check-in from friendly office manager. Room was quiet despite the motel being full. Best of all, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent room service menu.

It was ok for an overnight stop. The place could benefit from a renovation and a thorough clean.

Very comfortable accommodation. Largish room which was nice, didn't feel squashed in. Very close to 3 cafes a short walk away on the same street. There is a restaurant onsite which is open Monday - Friday, although we didn't use it. Check in & out was a breeze with friendly staff. Have already booked again for our next trip
