Indimenticabile soggiorno, anche perché situati camera 704 con vista dal santuario al castello, con sfondo Pirenei

Muito bem localizado e um bom quarto. Adquirimos com estacionamento grátis, conforme informação da reserva. Porém nos cobraram 7 euros a diária. Ao chegarmos para Check in as 12:00 hs conforme reserva, fomos informados que o quarto estaria disponível somente as 14:00 hs. Localização esplendida para fazer tudo a pé em Lourdes, com uma vista sensacional do rio que passa na frente do Hotel.

The hotels has an excelent location and has a view of the river/church. The hotel has passed it's glory days, but it it still a ok place for the price.

This hotel is no frills. Straight forward in how they charge you and the services they provide. I was happy with what I got considering the price I paid. The facilities are plain in design but clean. Elevators dated but works well. The main elevator is typical euro which they fit in a the stairs - can fit a 5-6 people at a time). There’s a bar at the lobby that serves drinks and snacks. There’s a dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was typical European meal with coffee, bread roll, croissants, yoghurt, ham, cheese, fruits etc. Enjoyable! The room was spacious enough but not large. Our room had comfortable beds (no duvet but a blanket and bed cover), a desk, luggage rack and a closet. There’s a balcony but you can’t step out. Bathroom was fairly modern. The shower is a bit cramp for bigger individuals (no insult intended) but it does the job. Hot water was a plenty. There’s a bidet. Shampoo and soap provided. Tv selection is limited to French and Italian. Reception was helpful whenever I asked questions. It’s right by the bridge to the the front gates of the bacilica. About a 5 min walk and you’re at the bacilica. WHY I’D STAT AGAIN - location, straight forward service, basic but modern room & bathroom.

Le personnel est gentil mais il devient s'occuper à la fois de la réception et du bar ce qui engendre des attentes même si ils font le maximum avec un sourire, ils semblent fatigués et dépassés. l'hotel qui mériterait un rafraichissement la chambre est rénovée mais les mobiliers sont plus digne d'un hotel une étoile tout au plus (ex: chaise pliable en plastique!). la chambre est petite , le nécessaire de toilette de qualité et quantité discutable le point positif: le petit déjeuner étaient bon et le prix était raisonnable (6 euros)

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel is well located with great views of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and its surrounding and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado,cercano a todos los sitios de interés y está bien en relación precios y comodidad.
