This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming. We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . Accidents happen and this error could have been dealt with differently, apologetically and kindly, especially as my husband is 84 and frail.. Instead he was impatient and agitated raising his voice and insistent that we leave. We sat outside to figure out on our own how to find a room with short notice and in short supply. Finally the owner asked if he should call his hotel colleagues. Here was the solution needed at the onset of the problem,.

This is a great hotel. Good parking good wifi, the staff a great, good restaurant great amenities. The room was big with great ensuite very clean. Well maintained. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Ein einfaches sauberes Hotel in einem kleinen Städtchen. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Essen sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Jeg bodde her 2 netter ifm biltur i nord Italia. Dette er et SUPERT familiedrevet hotell med egen restaurant, bar og basseng. Rommet hadde god størrelse, var komfortabelt og med de nødvendige fasiliteter; AC, TV, takvifte og WIFI. Badet hadde også bra størrelse Jeg spiste både frokost (inkludert) og middag (ekstra) i restauranten begge dager. Middagene fra menyen var meget gode 😋😋😋 til en god pris. Frokostbufeten hadde godt utvalg og smakte også godt. Hotellet holder MEGET HØY standard på vedlikehold og rengjøring. Personalet var meget serviceinnstilt og hyggelige Særdeles god verdi for pengene

Gutes Hotel, Pool fällt kleiner aus als auf den Fotos. Minibar auf dem Zimmer wäre schön.

La qualità al Diana è una costante, buona colazione, ottimo ristorante, ambiente piacevole, personale gentilissimo e ottima pulizia ovunque, la totale assenza di calcare nella doccia è ineguagliabile.

Lugnt och trevligt hotell med pool, god mat och trevlig personal

Es un hotel de tres estrellas (no es, pues, de lujo), pero resulta cómodo, está muy limpio y son amables. Si, además, consideramos el precio la nota que merece es un “once”. El único problema es que había una fiesta cercana, que estuvo atronando hasta las 12 de la noche.

Normale, la moquette non è proprio il massimo nella pulizia e igiene. Per il prezzo pagato e piu' che accettabile.
