总的来说，我在这家酒店住得很满意。工作人员非常友好热情——我非常感谢他们优质的服务。房间也非常宽敞舒适，超出了我的预期。然而，酒店缺少一些基本设施，比如冰箱和梳妆镜。如果能提供这些设施，肯定会提升宾客的体验。清洁度是另一个需要改进的地方，尤其是要确保床铺区域没有蜥蜴粪便之类的东西。如果能升级一些设施并更加注重清洁，这家酒店很有可能获得五星好评。

No signboard directions to the hotel, no toiletries provided, room is not soundproof at all, I can hear other rooms talking at the door.

Clean and comfort room. Too simple which can improve.

Even though it’s a low budget stay, I expect things to be tidy and good. At least provide a hairdryer from the reception if you don’t have one in the room. Lighting is broken in the room, toilet is dirty, water pressure is low. And the lobby door is broken when I open the door. It’s just bad.

Got no mirror in the room. mirror only in the bathroom. Receptionist did not get my sister reservation and had to wait for the confirmation while we already tired by the delayed flight and its near Maghrib time. But the receptionist spoke politely. Cleanliness okay. WiFi laju. Kedai makan dekat. Dobi dekat.
