La tele nunca funciono

Easy parking no reserved parking. Uber and Didi difficult to get in this area, use taxi instead. The rooms had lots of space, and tile floor, i prefer it over carpet. Had a good size bathroom with hot water .The hotel looks a little old, because it obviously is and im very satisfied. Everything is walking distance. And the check in is easy, the receptionists are lovely and local and supportive of their community. I will stay here again. Good price for a last minute stay . Also the beds are firm . Laundry on site for a charge.

Spent 2 hours trying to get issued a room that did not have issues. First room appeared to still have guest, however had not received maid service. Second room was clean, working ac, but tv would not receive any signal. Third room was clean, working TV but the AC was not functioning. Waited for 1/2 hr till they send someone to verify. Settled for room without a functioning TV, but working AC. Found out as I was in office they had 2 other available non reserved rooms that were offered to incoming guest but were not made available to me. 2 hours of going back and forth between office and rooms to verify all was functioning. Not good!

Falta espacio para estacionamiento. El personal muy amable. El bufete falta mas variedad pero rico. falta personal porque no terminaban de hacer el buffet y no se daban abasto aunque fueron todo el tiempo demasiado amables y serviciales

HABITACION CON FALLAS DE FUGA DE AGUA, LIMPIEZA REGULAR Y MUCHISIMOS MOSCOS , NUNCA NOS DIERO TOALLAS PARA LA ALBERCA, NECESITA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO EL LUGAR

El hotel de manera general está bien, es un buen lugar para descansar

Es fácil estacionarse. El baño es lindo y muy limpio. El área de la alberca estaba perfecta, buena iluminación, mesas y sillas, plantas; se pasa un rato muy agradable. El el cuarto hay televisión smart. En el pasador hay un microondas, lo que me parece excelente para un apuro

había ratas en el establecimiento y las habitaciones olían raro. No hay internet y las televisiones no tienen wifi así que solo se puede ver televisión por cable

Es un hotel cómodo, limpio, cómodo, instalaciones muy buenas, agua suficiente en la regadera, excelente ubicación, a 6 minutos caminando del malecón, sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaría nuevamente.

Room was very clean , beds comfy, great safe parking.. Some of office staff was not that friendly. Tried to ask a bit more for dogs than what hotel site stated . But it got worked out ok. The food in onsite restaurant is good , we have returned here many times and will continue
