礼宾人员和工作人员都很热情周到，房间也很舒适。推荐去日式餐厅用餐，食物和服务都很棒。房间清洁方面需要改进。由于早餐在户外用餐区，而且泳池边没有提供毛巾，所以使用泳池不太方便。不过总体来说，入住体验还是很棒的😃

在波德申乐信芙蓉酒店 (Lexis Port Dickson Hibiscus) 的住宿体验非常棒，完全配得上五星级的品质。员工热情友好，让整个入住过程都倍感宾至如归。房间一流，私人泳池和优美的景色更是锦上添花，让这次住宿体验格外难忘。总之，一切都完美无瑕，强烈推荐！

It is a nice stay. As for reference to others, if you have additional family members apart from what is stated on the booking platform, there are additional charges of RM60 per head. And don't forget to take pictures from level 13 at night. It's worth it🌿

My experience, the staff from the moment I reached the security, to the parking, the check in counter at lobby, the buggy driver, the coffee house (waiter, host, everybody there), the check out counter, and the people at the door, they all are very friendly, helpful and nice. Services are fast. Efficient. Surrounding of hotel is comforting for me. I brought my mum who is on wheelchair. The drivers helped me to handle her going up and down the buggy. Relieved me a lot. Thank you very much. Love the spacious room. Love the swimming pool in the room especially. Nice.:)

We stayed at Skyvilla with Private Pool. The room is very spacious with complete amenities. The food was good and so many options. Love the place very much.

Room is spacious and clean. In house food not so fantastic. Tried the Japanese restaurant, also not as what I expected. Location is good to relax in quite environment. Kid enjoyed because always taking the buggy to go in and out the room. The facilities like the children playground inside the hotel is need to pay, which is I quite surprise. My son played alone, the other family with more than 1 kid changed their mind because they reluctant to pay. I stayed in different 5 star hotels and this is first time for me to pay the facilities inside the hotel. All others hotel let the kids play inside the hotel playground for free. We didn't explore the outdoor water activities, the outdoor activities are need to pay but its normal. We were too tired to explore as only stay for 1 night and we reach the hotel quite late.

Really enjoyed my holiday here with my family. Luckily we stayed in the tower block cause we could get more privacy when swim in the pool. The breakfast also very good with various choices for breakfast. Got some problem with the pool that night, but they sent the technician really fast to solve. Just hope the management will put some fragrance in room cause the smell was not good when we entered. Overall, it is a recommended place to enjoy your holiday.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff nya tidak ramah, sombong. Padahal hotel semahal ini seharusnya punya staf yang baik.

Pelayanan karyawan sangat sombong, 2 orang karyawan. Satu karyawan penjaga pintu masuk, satunya karyawan pada carter taxi.

Kami mendapat pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan. Saat mau check out, Mama Mertua saya yang berumur 84 tahun jatuh di kamar, dokter dan tim dari hotel datang periksa dan dengan penuh kesabaran membopong beliau dari posisi terjatuh hingga bawa ke mobil. Tim juga membantu kami check out dengan mudah untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan kami membawa Mama ke rumah sakit di KL.
