A very good experience in Jamala. The staffs were nice and helpful. The most amazing thing was we can get really close to a rhino and pet on him, which we don't have any chance to do it in any other zoo. And by the time we checked in, there was a baby cheetah outside the door getting ready to go back to its enclosure. We were all excited. The itinerary they planned for guests is great.

hotel manager said my daughter was less than six years can not live, we want to stay a live, another adults with children to live in other hotels This is a very poor solution, just wanted to take my daughter to live in the zoo restaurant reservations will finally can not live nor refund, after we entered the zoo really do not imagine they can not say so for fear of danger stay, not really open Safari, with the average zoo, like the whole environment of the zoo did not imagine the good, not a few animals really not worth it to spend so much money to live.

If you like animals, it is a perfect place to stay. The hotel and zoo provides an excellent environment for both visitors and animals there.

This is a 'must do'! From arrival to departure it could not be faulted. The zoo is super - lots of activities for kids without having to be looking at animals all the time, plenty of places to sit and enjoy your own snacks without having to purchase everything. And the accommodation is next level...rooms are large and beautifully presented, meals were superb and service was exceptional. Absolutely 5 stars!!

I was told I there were 2 double beds in our room when I phone before I booked. On arrival there was a a king bed & a roll away bed which they set up while we were having dinner. Other that that everything else was sensational.

Very special stay inside of zoo. Service is superb. Unforgettable!

Wonderful tour of zoo, excellent food and accommodation

Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.

JAMALA what a place, everyone and everything was excellent,the food was delicious and plenty of it,all the staff were amazing couldn't do enough to help you.We will definitely go back and everyone,do your self a favour and do this, it's an experience of a lifetime.

Such pleasure and felt so welcomed at this unique Zoo. I appreciate every moment and hope they are all proud to be part of an amazing team as their service and enthusiasm really shone through

Absolutely loved the Jungle Bungalow, the Chetahs came up to the area outside the windows. My Grandson Logan whos 12 Birthday we were there for was totally thrilled. Logan says thank you for his 🎁

A truly one-of-a-kind experience. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and it really felt like the whole team went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even though I’ve learned this is just Jamala’s standard for service! We loved every aspect of our stay, from our brilliant guided tour with Cooper, our exceptional accommodation in the giraffe tree house and very special encounter with Sky and Khamisi, the incredible afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast we enjoyed and our chance to experience the Zoo before everyone arrived in the morning. This was a bucket list experience, but I’m pretty sure we’ll be back! Best of all, Jamala and the Zoo’s commitment to conservation means staying here makes a real difference for the world’s most endangered animals.

Can not fault anything about Jamala, the zoo itself is exceptional with the cleanliness, the atmosphere and most importantly the animals are cared for with love & respect. This was the 2nd time we stayed overnight and the whole experience was again exceptional with the staff, the food and the rooms all outstanding!

Amazing place to stay and visit!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the minute we walked in until we left the next day. The people were incredible. Very attentive, kind and accomodating. The food was beyond fabulous. We had an amazing dinner with multiple courses and all were superb! Our giraffe feeding treehouse was impeccably furnished and very clean. The giraffe feeding experience as well as the guided tour were fun and informative. If you get a chance, go to this place it will not disappoint!
