Khách sạn đẹp, không gian ấm cúng! Nhân viên cực dễ thương và nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khách hàng, nhất là bạn manager Caroline! Khách sạn ở gần bờ hồ nên đi lại thuận tiện và gần nhiều chỗ ăn ngon như Phở Lý Quốc Sư, phở gà Nguyệt,...! Lần sau sẽ tiếp tục ở khách sạn này nếu ra Hà Nội!

One needs to expect the smaller spaces of downtown Hanoi, it’s part of the charm I cherish about the city. There is very clever use of space and I enjoyed the weekend night ambiance from the tiny private balcony overlooking the busy little street in front of the hotel with wonderful aromas from a top notch restaurant across the street. If anything the receptionist was overly friendly in his best attempt to please. Breakfast offered excellent fresh fruit in a crowded, yet intimate setting. Worth a return visit.

Nice room and good service. The receptionists are very helpful and attentive. The hotel location is quite convenient too. Good for a three stars hotel.
