Stayed over a busy weekend in June, very cheap, staff brilliant, amazing views. Apartments do need some upgrading, but then the price would double. Would stay again if in this area.

Very efficient Reception team

Sehr freundliches Personal, großes Appartement. Sauberkeit im Appartement müsste verbessert werden (Grundreinigung), Anlage sehr gepflegt! Ausstattung im Appartement ok, jedoch Z.T. Unvollständig (Flaschenhalter Kühlschranktür, Einlegeboden Kühlschrank fehlten und wurden nicht ersetzt; Salatschüssel haben wir selbst gekauft, Pfannen komplett zerkratzt). Stuhlgleiter haben wir selbst „verbaut“. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Fön, Strandschirm vorhanden. Schöner, großer Balkon. Unter der Woche konnte man gut einen Parkplatz finden, am Wochenende eher Parkhaus. Gute Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar, Strand eher mit PKW. Liegen am Pool leider oft ganztägig reserviert mit hoher no-Show-rate. Hier sollte dringend abgeräumt werden.

As expected for a budget friendly place with somewhat heavily used kitchen appliances. Everything works, pool big enough, cleaning is good and the restaurant delivers what is promised. Sounds are carried easily from outside and neighbors, so can't know in advance if it'll be nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year.

This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)

Very nice appartements, all you need for your holidays! The breakfast was very bad, nothing I could recommend. After one day we changed for breakfast self-made in our appartement. A little bit difficult to find a parking space (only public). Very friendly and supporting recpetion.

Great area

Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours.

Great stay as always, building works compete so very relaxing

Excellent apartments in Los Gigantes. A bit dated but very clean. Lovely balcony overseeing the cliffs. Very convenient location for grocery shopping as two supermarkets are within 2 mins distance. The demographics when we stayed was mostly old couples and we were family with young children so that did not fit. It is not a breakfast buffet and if you are vegetarian it is horrible. So basically 0 stars for breakfast.

The hotel was under renovation around the key areas (pool and restaurant). It was noisy and disruptive.

Tout était parfait

It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back.

Huoneisto on tilava ja keittiö erinomaisen hyvin varusteltu. Vain tiskikone puuttuu. Meidän huoneistostamme oli upea merinäköala ja niin on suurimmasta osasta huoneistoja. Aurinkoa saa parvekkeella n klo 13 alkaen aina auringon laskuun. Hyvät ruokakaupan helposti ihan vieressä. Sängyt hyvät ja kaappeja riittävästi. Tällä alueella on runsaasti korkeuseroja joten loistavaa kuntoilua eläkeläisille. Tämä huoneistohotelli on loistavalla paikalla ja sopii aikuisille omatoimimatkaajille erinomaisesti. Hiekkarantaa ja biletystä kaipaaville täällä ei ole mitään. Olen käynyt yli 10 matkaa Kanarialla viimeisen kolmen vuoden aikana. Tästä hotellista tuli uusi suosikkini. Tulen varmasti takaisin.
