Neither staff at check-in or checkout made any effort to be personable or friendly. Not mean or rude, but zero personality.

This property felt very scary to me. We put stuff in front of the door when we checked in. It was late and there were no other options nearby. We lived through the night. I guess that’s saying something.

Got there and the a/c wasn’t working in the room, went to the lady at the desk and she put us in one across the haul , no problem. Stayed 2 nights and the WiFi was in and out constantly. Might as well not even try and use it. Other than that it was good

Best place to stay in Livingston. Otherwise, you'll have to travel a bit further to find better accommodations.

These are very nice lodgings for a rather remote area in Alabama. The motel is safe, quiet, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the shower (very up to date).

This hotel was a hidden jewel. I was truly surprised to find a place that was welcoming, hospitality outstanding, and the service matched any 5 star hotel that I have stayed, Nestled in the middle of West Alabama this is one hotel I will visit again

Though the team attempted to be responsive, the facility itself didn't seemed to be thoroughly cleaned. I entered my room and it was unreasonably cold. I turned the heat on, and instantly the vent started smoking, with an awful smell and the alarm went off. I was instantly moved to another room that had to cleaned again because of hair and stains. The second room eventually start smelling like a sewer.

Comfort Inn Livingston was a pleasant, clean, and had a great staff. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend staying there.

I was ever pleased with the accommodations. The room was spacious and accessible. Everything was clean. The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Tv was broken toilet seat came off the chair was broken in the room, it has went down, we have stayed there 5 times and won’t again

The hotel was dirty everywhere. Hair in and on the bed we have to clean the bathroom floor to walk on it Musty smell. Dirty shower.

No shampoo, no tissues, and the plug in the bathroom was not working. Staff was friendly, but given the price we paid it was not equal to the value.
