I'm from Troy and this hotel looks and smelled as if it hadn't been updated since I left there 30 years ago. They advertised breakfast and it wasn't even provided.

Very accommodating front desk. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is coffee and muffins.

room was clean and i slept very good 👍

Just overnight stay, check in was smooth desk girl (sorry didnt get her name) was extremely nice. Room very musky smelling but will do for overnight

When I stayed here, the property was a bit sketch. The people at the office were very nice both checking in and checking out. I had a flat tire so I couldn’t go anywhere. There wasn’t much walkable options. The room was clean, but it seems a bit outdated.

It’s needs to be rejuvenated. A little run down at the seams

Was not clean. Floor was filthy and no water pressure

Room is clean and check in was good but bathroom door stuck and took 5 minutes to get out. Husband had to fix the toilet to flush. Also the pool in the pictures online is filled in with sod and grass. There a large hole in the room that I assume use to be for a mini fridge.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean but the room could use some repairs.

Mirror mounted off to side of sink, can’t look in morrow to shave . Plug overflow broken and hanging down in tub Plugs at bed so loose nothing makes a connection even if you held them in

Friendly staff. Greeted on arrival and prompt check-in. We enjoyed the stay. Not much of a breakfast. The coffee was really good.

No ice machine. Not enough towels. Cords didn't in outlet. Need another night stand.

The rating "Terrible" is rather fitting. What not even close to the online rating. Coffee & muffins in a store-bought package is not a continental breakfast.

Only complaint i have is the drink machine didnt work it was worth the price

There was no pool or breakfast like the website stated. The room stayed very cold in the hot weather and felt good. Bed was uncomfortable and smelly (not sure if it was the sheets or mattress that smelled). But stuff was very pleasant and nice.
