Trato excelente, súper amables todos y con ganas de ayudar. Camas comodas, desayuno muy rico, todo muy limpio y agradable. Todo el personal es maravilloso.

I had no hot water over my stay. I had another night stay with my friend after my stay alone. I hope they could have been more flexible so that I didn’t have to move the room back and forth each night especially no hot water and power out in the same night.

Rooms have western toilet and shower and toilet paper and rooms are clean. Restaurant food is very simple and vegetarian and not expensive. Internet connection is erratic, to say the least. The hotel is not in the centre of the city, so a taxi or 45 minute walk is needed.
