As a single traveller, I found the hotel friendly and welcoming. Service at breakfast was more than slow, but the food excellent. Would have appreciated some disabled parking - overall an enjoyable stay.

Just a one night stay-we were welcomed warmly and shown to a lovely room overlooking the marshes -with the sea in the distance. The room was light and airy,bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The optional evening meal was very good...we chose from the 'specials'. The breakfast menu was extensive and service was timely...given that there were a lot of guests to serve. Overall a relaxing,pleasant stay

Excellent service from every member of staff we met - all showed great willingness to help and prompt responses to requests and enquiries was the norm. Food and food service also excellent - we ate in the bed in the evening and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. Situation also excellent - though we already knew that, that was the reason for our choice. Cleanliness and decorative standards could be improved and room comfort would have been improved with the addition of an easy chair or two. Bed fantastically comfortable and huge. In spite of the couple of quibbles, the experience was perfect for us and we're already planning another stay.
