It’s was a nice experience except for the fire alarm went going off about 3 am that terrified me my family in which we all gathered our belongings and preceded down the back staircase outside to find out it was a false alarm with no information or instructions give from anyone of the hotel staff.

Clean room, feiendly staff.

I told the lady at the front desk that our heater sounded like a jet engine starting. It was so loud. I had to warm up the room and then turn it off for the night so we could sleep. She couldn’t be less interested.

Didn't like the plug in air freshener. Otherwise a good overnight stay.

Bed was a bit firm for us and I was disappointed the freezer didn’t work in the fridge. Staff was responsive to our few requests and were friendly.

Nice hotel! Clean, convenient, great location! Bed was soft and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. My wife and I travel very frequently, and the breakfast was the most lackluster, average at best, meal we've had at any hotel in years. Watery oatmeal, very weak coffee (even the bold), dried out and burnt tasting scrambled eggs. Everything was available as to selection, but it was low quality compared to most hotels we have been to. We probably wont use this or any Hampton again due to this. My past experience with Hampton had been very good, but this seems like a cost cutting decision.

Easy and friendly check in, kept our family together in 3 rooms with one adjoining. Comfortable, quiet, and breakfast was a plus. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub don’t saw people in them. Area offered things to do, we stayed for a wedding.

No staff at the entrance. She finally showed up, however, no apology. Did not inform on the breakfast time.
