酒店员工很友好。我来自印度尼西亚，在这里住了10晚。价格实惠，设施也不错。

不错的酒店，非常值得入住，适合家庭入住，打车很方便。

性价比很高。房间设施齐全，价格合理，配备了熨斗、吹风机和冰箱等必需品。浴室面积适中。 早餐种类丰富，每天都会略有变化。除了早餐时间外，我们没有客房送餐服务，也没有在餐厅用餐，但能以如此实惠的价格享用酒店内的餐厅，真是太好了。 我们遇到的酒店员工彬彬有礼、友好热情、乐于助人。

最值得推荐的酒店，提供丰盛的免费早餐。卫生间和空调功能良好，单人床需要改进，以利于脊椎健康。保安、前台、餐厅、客房服务和水疗中心的员工都非常友好。可拆卸的淋浴喷头非常适合沐浴。电视频道和天线需要增强。建议添加Astro的“TVB翡翠台”粤语频道和现在很火的“华特迪士尼”频道。谢谢。

我强烈推荐这家酒店给自驾游的本地旅客，因为这家位于怡保市的酒店提供免费停车场，就像酒店附近一样。早餐种类丰富，菜品丰富。房间清洁度不错，坐便器功能齐全，热水充足，冲水压力适中，可拆卸淋浴喷头也很棒。卫生间的毛巾架需要更大一些，因为笨手笨脚的人可能会把毛巾掉到地上。电视频道（天线需要增强）不多，需要改进，建议添加Astro的“TVB翡翠台”粤语频道和“华特迪士尼”英语频道，这两个频道目前很受欢迎。床的状况一般，因为这些床是金属框架的可移动床，厚度较薄，支撑不够牢固，我多次入住后，脊椎在床上感觉不太舒服。水疗中心提供不错的足部按摩，我妻子很喜欢足部按摩，但没有尝试泳池水疗。电梯状况良好，干净整洁。 352号房间有一个木制抽屉，由于桌子不水平，抽屉会不断掉落/自动打开，可以用塑料椅子挡住它，防止它自动打开……迷信的人可能会认为这个房间闹鬼。我住过的其他房间分别在3楼（347）和2楼（249），都很好。空调运行良好……如果你不知道如何设置定时器，请不要设置，因为按错键可能会导致空调在半夜自动关闭，只需设置温度和风扇速度即可。叫醒服务良好且准时。所有酒店员工都非常友好，保安“马来小伙和印度大叔”也非常友好，并在高峰时段帮助分配停车位。总而言之，Regalodge 酒店的价格在100-150令吉之间，提供免费早餐，是最划算的，也是我在怡保最喜欢的住宿地点。该酒店经营者还拥有 PI 酒店，我于 2025 年 4 月在那里住了 2 晚。PI 酒店是目前最实惠的住宿。

Makanannya sangat enak. lokasi dekat kemana-mana. Staff sangat ramah dan membantu. Alangkah lebih baik kalau staff belajar lebih banyak tentang wilayah setempat dan akomodasi dan transportasi agar lebih bisa memberi pelayanan terpadu.

First of all, one of the staff who worked at the restaurant on 24/12 was totally rude while taking the order. I just ask about pizza size, and change it from pizza to seafood fried rice, but the reply from the staff was totally unacceptable with the tone and also the attitude on replying my request. Secondly, please unsure you air conditioner was clean thoroughly. But for the food and surrounding was fine.

I have been frequenting Regalodge since 2019, however upon return this year, my stay wasn't pleasant. My bathroom tap was leaking, did not get bathroom towel, 2nd day I had to ask for toilet roll because they forgot to replace Breakfast buffet has deterioated. Food not refilled, juice not refilled, food variety not as many as before but the room price has shot up. Parking is terrible, zero parking and need to park far away from hotel whc made it very hard for my elderly mother.

From the Front desk man to the old world charm. Class all the way. Better male your reservations early. This hotel is as good a value as Itcomes.

The cleanliness of the bedroom can be improved. We found pieces of hairs around the pillow area upon checking in to our room. The best thing undoubtedly about this hotel is the food! Their in-house restaurant (The Limestone 's Restaurant) has variety of foods that are very good and at a cheap price. We were quite shocked to see the prices of the foods as hotel restaurant is normally quite expensive, but theirs is not expensive at all (you can spend as low as RM10 per person for meal+drink). We also noticed a lot of locals visited the restaurant just for a casual meal, which is a sign that their doing great with the foods.

Staff are very friendly, but maybe I was staying at the corner, but wifi was really bad.

Kali kedua booked hotel ni, first time booked suite, memang spacious. Kali ni bilik twin bed untuk 2 mlm, bilik sempit dan pencahayaannya teruk, gelap.. lampu rosak, dah maklum pada staff tapi tiada tindakan so kalau nak book lagi kena book bilik yang lebih besar. anyway, breakfast bagus dan murah.

The hotel rate is cheap yet so accommodating. Satisfied, will book here again if coming to ipoh.

Suggestions for Improvement:-1) WiFi network is having error from time to time. Connection speed is also very slow. Should upgrade the Router and Network. 2) The Breakfast menu should be changed or updated. Same menu offered over 3 stays there.

Overall comfortable. But one of the pillow smells badly probably too old. The rest are acceptable for the price paid.

I was disturbed by ghost lately at night around 3-4 am in the morning. The shower tap suddenly open as if somebody was using the shower at 3:30 am while I am the only occupant in the room. I woke up to the noise and have to close the shower tap. The TV suddenly shut down while I was watching it when first got into this room. My shirt that was hanged by the cupboard suddenly fell down while there was no wind or whatsoever that 's knocking down the shirt. And I cannot even sleep properly during that whole night, occasionally woken up by strange knocking sounds in the hotel cupboard and overhear some incoherent mumbling which I thought it was the adjacent room guest while when I check out the next day, I realized that the room was vacant. It was just pure luck that I didn't encounter anything visually or woken up that realizing something was beside me on the bed while I was sleeping.
