Staff was good. They allowed us to stay in the lobby in very early morning before check in while waiting for Halong Tour. When checking in, we got room with warm AC, we complained to the FD, but need to checking it twice after hours, it was unpleasant due to our condition was in very exhausted after the tour. But anyway we got another room with all in good condition. The room is not spacious but nice, clean, and sound proof. Location was great as well and nearby Hoan Kiem Lake.

this is very nice small hotel, nice room and great services from the receptions, bellman. Breakfast is great. Hotel is located in a good location, convenience to go around at City center. We will definitely go back to Sunline Hotel again.
