Nobody at reception, no evening meal or breakfast nothing…….zero customer care zero

Mag sein, dass ich ich es vielleicht bei der Buchung übersehen habe, aber es wäre nett, wenn man vorher darauf hingewiesen würde, das man ein Zimmer mit shared bathroom erhält. Ansonsten alles tippi toppy sauber und das Personal ist toll. Die Matratze des Bettes war richtig gut. Was ja in deutschen Hotels kein Standard ist! Wenn man die letzte Zeit nur noch in Großstadthotels unterwegs war, ist man halt überrascht und muss umdenken. Aber ich glaube, wenn ich dort wieder was zu tun habe komme ich wieder. Man darf eben nicht vergessen ist weit draußen auf dem Lande ;-)!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, und etwas außerhalb, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet, der Service war hervorragend. Im Hotel hätte es auch noch zusätzliche Angebote, z. B. einen umfangreichen Brunch zum dazu buchen gegeben, den wir beim nächsten Mal auch mal ausprobieren würden.

The decor is old school (which we really liked!), the veg breakfast was awesome, and the neighborhood was pretty to walk around in (nice gaardens). It has free parking and a free laundry machine. It's hot in the summer (no a/c), but it didn't bother us because they provided a strong fan. The coffee system was a little confusing (you either use tokens), but it's free at breakfast. The Coffee was OK, not great... But that's my only con in the otherwise great stay! Oh one other tip: they have a guest kitchen, but you have to ask them for a key to use it - and you can keep the key for the whole of your stay. We arrived after hours (when reception wasn't there), and we had food so we didn't have a way to refrigerate the food the first night. Maybe the staff could make the kitchen rules clearer ahead of time to make sure this doesn't happen to others who arrive after hours.

Very outdated hotel, beds and shower were OK, they put us in the next door hotel without telling us the exact address, we drove around and did not find it, had to drive back to the main hotel 2x, very unprofessional. This was purely for 1x experience

Mein Zimmer war im Nebengebäude "zur Waldbrücke", 500 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt. Positiv: In Nähe der Autobahn A3, gut erreichbar. Zimmer recht ruhig, kostenloser Parkplatz am Gebäude. Badezimmer kürzlich renoviert und sauber. Negativ: Zimmerausstattung abgewohnt, Matratze durchgelegen, schlechter WLAN Empfang, TV kein Senderempfang, im Preis von fast 90 Euro KEIN Frühstück enthalten - somit Preis-/ Leistung sehr schlecht.

An einem Wintertag im Januar erwartete mich in ein ungeheiztes Zimmer!! Ich konnte die Heizung zwar aufdrehen, sie schaffte es aber nicht, das Zimmer aufzuwärmen, weil sie nach etwa 2 Stunden wieder ihren Dienst verweigerte. So fror ich mich in den Schlaf und freute mich auf eine warme Dusche am nächsten Morgen....leider Fehlanzeige. Sie blieb kalt.

Prima accommodatie voor overnachting, ontbijt prima nette kamer. Uitgaan s avonds of naar restaurant mogelijkheden beperkt.

The personell was amazing. Beside the friendly welcome, the guy helped us to find a better accomodation, even if the booking error was on our side. At the end, we got a very modern room in the main building (pls note that that are different buildings for this hotel). The room was clean, modern, nice to go back every evening. I reccomend to go eating at the golf club, not pricey, nice food and atmosphere.
