The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location close to everything.

Enjoyed our stay at this B & B Hotel. Nice central base to walk and see the area. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee area and deck was unique and loved that they provided water and a small bite for breakfast!

The room was very dark and not as shown in pictures provided.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, spacious enough with plenty of room to store our belongings. We slept great-super quiet, dark room with comfortable beds. The hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian mall with everything you need nearby & short walk to attractions. Staff was #1!! Super helpful & friendly. LOVED the 5th floor terrace & coffee bar. We'd definitely recommend & will stay again.

la ubicación es muy buena, estas en la calle de las tiendas de moda y diseño española, a 4 cuadras la gran via y para el lado opuesto esta la zona de tiendas de moda mas hipster, tienes los mercados de san idelfonso y san antonio a solo un par de cuadras.

The accommodations, staff and manager of the B&B Hotel 52 in Madrid were excellent in every way!!! They went above and beyond to make our time in Madrid the very best it could be! The location is central to everything…excellent restaurants, shopping, Metro, and sight-seeing. We will stay with them whenever we visit in the future!

Clean room, staff helped find a missing item, AC, small terrace for fresh air. Spent 5 nights here and found the area very accessible.

Convenient to metro. A lot of shopping nearby.

The hotel and staff were incredibly accommodating to me and my Frenchton dog. The area has great amenities and shopping. The front desk staff were incredible. My room was ready early. The day I left they assisted me by calling a taxi, and then taking my bags to the driver while I ran to the washroom. This place is a gem.

Exceptional hotel, great neighbourhood, really friendly and helpful staff. Love this place - will definitely stay again!
