The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep

Clean room and friendly staff

La camera è nuova, ci sono prese elettriche da entrambi i lati del letto, molto comode. Il bagno è comodo anche se non preferisco quando il lavandino è fuori dal bagno. Qui comunque è separato da un divisorio dal letto. Mi è piaciuto molto l’angolo del caffè all’ultimo piano dove c’è la terrazza. Ottimi i biscotti!

Great location in Madrid and a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is small but perfect, with clean rooms that are a good size. The staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. One of the girls on reception kindly let us check in early as our room was ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. A nice extra touch was the daily water bottles each morning, along with a 24-hour coffee machine, drinks and snacks available upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

El personal muy amable y simpatico. La habitacion muy limpia y comoda. Hay aire en las habitaciones. Hay muchas tiendas cerca.

Habitación pulcra, limpio hasta el más mínimo detalle, la calidad de los colchones, almohadas y sábanas, el detalle del agua diaria y la amabilidad de todo el personal, obviamente la ubicación y acceso excelentes.

Hotel simplesmente maravilhoso ! A equipe sempre educada , quartos extremamente limpos e o melhor : muito silêncio ! Recebemos um upgrade de quarto de frente para a rua e não ouvimos barulhos nenhum. A equipe de limpeza é excelente e de manhã deixaram presentes de café da manhã para nós ! Foi perfeito !

Smoking smell

Tudo nota 10!!! Equipe da recepção muito gentíl, todos eles… o café/terraço sensacional também… localização excelente! Única coisa que poderia melhorar é o box eo banheiro que sai muuuita água, molhando bastante o banheiro, e o quarto é beeeem pequeno.
