Au top! La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont très agréables. L’hôtel offre tous les services possibles. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant.

Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Fluss und ein Mega Infinity Pool! Das Hotel an sich ist irgendwie komisch konzipiert - vom Parkplatz bis 8. Etage wechselt man drei Lifte. Die Bausubstanz ist schlecht, man sieht überall Risse oder es ist renovierungsbedürftig. Und die Sauberkeit ist nicht so gut. An manchen Stellen liegt Müll und keiner kümmert sich darum. Wenn man es ausblendet, ist es eine sehr schöne Lage nicht weit von Porto, um Duoro Tal zu erkunden. Und es gibt sogar ein Tennisplatz zu benutzen, coole Aussicht inbegriffen!

A piscina exterior é o grande diferencial, lindas vistas. No geral é um hotel bom que recentemente fez 10 anos e necessita de algumas renovações. A classificação de 5 estrelas é um pouco generosa. Eu diria que é um hotel de 4 estrelas com o preço de um 5 estrelas. Pelo valor pago eu esperava mais.

Um dos hotéis mais incríveis em que fiquei. Quartos ótimos com uma vista única sobre o Douro. Tenho apenas a salientar a falta de limpeza da piscina. Pelas 12h a piscina ainda not inja sido limpa e tinha vários insetos. Também de realçar falta de manutenção na casa de banho com as portas e rodapés ligeiramente descascados o que não traduz a qualidade geral do hotel.

We are paying almost EUR 200 per nights but I’m afraid the hotel doesn’t deserve that. It feels like a dated 4* hotel, rooms are basic, breakfast is stale and doesn’t have avo, salmon or a cook-to-order egg station. Most of the hotel looks and feels tired. Bathroom lock doesn’t work and phone in room also doesn’t work so had to call reception from my mobile. Staff are friendly, they gave us late check out which was nice. For a spa hotel, the massage was very average. I heard they are closing in October for renovations which makes sense, much needed.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms. Staff are a bit clueless and indifferent- need way more training on customer service. We had dinner and breakfast and both were good.

Hotel com a vista mais linda do Douro, quartos excelentes, café da manhã com diversas opções maravilhosas. O ponto negativo é a localização, longe das boas vinícolas e na região há apenas 1 bom restaurante. É um hotel para quem pretende ficar apenas no hotel pois não tem atrações fora

This hotel needs a major refresh & a new interior designer. Too stark and dated with the exception of the light fixtures, which were very cool! The bed & pillows are terrible! Like sinking into a hole. Massages were equally below standard! The whole place feels like an episode from Severance. However, the breakfast buffet and the view were excellent!

This was a gift to find a hotel with a generator during the major power outage. We enjoyed the breakfast selection! The views are spectacular, a must see!

Hotel ideal para Dias de descanso e contato com a natureza e com muito conforto. Equipe atenciosa. Estacionamento muito bom. Fiquei encantada com as paisagens do local.

Booked a stay for me and my wife as a routine escape and i didn't regret it. The most exquisite views and surroundings. The Staff were impecable. The only finger pointing I will do is some lack of maintenace. From almost broken doorknobs, elevator panels almost coming off, fissures on the walls and a hole outside on the floor at the outdoor pool leaves a sour taste to it, as it is a 5 star hotel. Nonetheless a great experience. Just be advised, the means of transport in the area are really scarse, and if you wish to have a nearby local dining experience you will be disappointed, as there are no nearby restaurants or even shops/supermarkets. Either you dine at the restaurant hotel, which you need previous reservation (1 Day prior) or you ask for room service, which is equally good. The bar offers lights meals as well. Also don't forget any type of necessaire, no shops or supermarkets in the area.

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’expérience a été un peu décevante. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est complet mais reste assez standard. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue sur le Douro. Le spa et la piscine étaient agréables, le restaurant du soir propose des plats simples et un tarif très correct. Dans une salle à côté nous avons apprécié la prestation du chanteur. Cependant, tous les petits détails et le niveau d'entretien général que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie sont absents. Nous avons déjeuné dans un hôtel nature non loin qui affichait une allure bien plus soignées. Je penses que dans ce type d’établissement les détails comptes !
