酒店大堂很漂亮，食物中上水平，在地鐵出口，行二個街口便可到下一地鐵站直達機埸，下一站好像有升降機但找不到，搬行李落地鐵很艱辛，門口有巴士往市區，酒店附近冶安不错，酒店和房間較細有點舊，在大堂收拾行李方便，有寄存服務

One night layover on the longer travel, the stay was very pleasant. Hotel is nice, calm and conveniently located.

All the staff are always smiling. And the bedding is clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is good. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

Great location and friendly staff, service was great, great hotel overall

I thought this hotel was off the beaten track, but it is across from a metro station, and the trains here run every 3 minutes or so, which meant I was not very far away from the art museums time-wise. My room was large, quiet and clean, and the front desk attendants were uniformly warm and helpful. The ambience was elegant without being opulent. There is a restaurant on site with a three choice menu. It is frequented by locals, which made me feel less of a tourist! Highly recommended!

It's not so bad

El hotel está muy cerca al metro y al frente se encuentra un supermercado. La habitación era grande y muy limpia. El personal es muy amable.

No tenia papeleria dentro de habitacion, cama y ...estaban muy antigua, suelo no estaba limpia, no tenia condicional para pelo en baño, no estaba agua, y....

Excelente ubicación a boca de metro para recorrer Madrid de extremo a extremo. Excelente servicio y amabilidad
