Front desk staff brusque to the point of surliness during check-in. Property has no elevator, we could have stayed at Motel 6 for a similar experience for half the price.

Staff were super friendly. Would stay here again!

Rooms are old and need some updating.

Great stay,we were comfortable,and the room was well up to standard. Staff was very helpful,and pleasant. I would stay again if the time comes .

This motel is just off of I-84, and 5 minutes from downtown Pendleton. The motel is situated on a bluff that overlooks the prairie and farmland surrounding it. There two gas stations within a couple of blocks from the motel.

good overnight stay while traveling through

Overnight stay twice. Check-in was pleasant, quick and friendly. Breakfasts were great! Kudos to the chef! She was great! Room was clean. Our second stay (room 113) however- the one bed was TERRIBLE!! I could not find a comfortable part of the bed anywhere! Merits getting a new mattress.

my wife thought the towels were folded correctly. everything was well done.

The property was nice but way too expensive for what it is. Should’ve been about half price, considering the condition of the property.

Easy to find good neighborhood and easy to get in with friendly staffing

in the middle bldg, 1 flight of stairs to the 1st floor, we were on the 2nd, so 2 flights of stairs. NO ELEVATOR! SLIPPERY SHOWER!! Only lukewarm water in shower at 10pm; fridge has no freezer compartment; Ice machine not plugged in; 2 sinks, but only soap dispenser was in the toilet one; door to room doesn't shut unless you really shove it. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS FOR SENIORS. Honestly, how hard would it be to get non slip strips and put in the shower???? And don't offer to let me use a luggage rack, if there is NO ELEVATOR! Sure, you told me you were grandfathered in, but maybe you should just think of your customers and put one in!!! I saw SEVERAL seniors STRUGGLING with their luggage up several flights of stairs. That's not cool. I cancelled my October reservation and would NOT recommend.

We booked our hotel at the last minute. There were 3 of us traveling. We needed a room for 2 nights, and the only room available just had a king bed. We stayed in that room on Friday night. Our daughter slept on a chair. The next morning we noticed that most of the hotel guests had checked out, so we asked the front desk if they could move us to one of the open rooms with 2 queen beds. She told us that she could not help us because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). She recommended that we "buy an air mattress from Walmart" for our daughter to sleep on instead. We were pretty unhappy with this interaction so we asked to have the hotel manager contact us. He was able to move us to another room, but we were extremely disappointed in how the front desk associate handled the situation.

Great comfortable stay

This property was really convenient for visiting my Grandma. The Continental breakfast was really good and we were able to check my mom's dog in last minute.

Did not have reservations and said that they were going to fix the charges and have not

rooms were clean

All was well.

Julie, the breakfast lady was friendly and helpful. Our room had a strange smell. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.
