Pool and hot tub were out of order

Great location, amazing breakfast and very warm hospitality.

Parking was good and so was the staff.

Older hotel, but still good. The pool was under renovation so we weren’t able to use it. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

Great place to stay when traveling, Boston Pizza is attached

The breakfast that was included was very good. The restaurant along side the hotel was Boston Pizza with an excellent lunch menu. They were able to switch us from a room with kingsize bed to two queen size beds at no additional charge which was much more comfortable for two.

The room was clean and accessible. However, the ceiling is as thin as paper. Even after calling the front desk twice. I could still hear the people above me. They were just doing their thing up there. I shouldn’t have heard anything, but I realize how thin the ceiling was. My wheelchair couldn’t even get my knees under the bathroom sink. The breakfast was super.

Room, front desk reception and all aspects of the stay was great.

Was charged 150$ at the start of my stay and wasn’t told about the other 70$ charge that were given after our stay, the breakfast lady was rude.

Staff wonderful, breakfast was good, room very clean and liked layout with sinks in both bathroom and vanity area. Comfortable bed, very quiet.

Well kept spacious room. Very nice service when checking in.

Pool wasn’t open. Shower in room didn’t function properly and tub wouldn’t drain properly. Toilet would bot flush properly. Really noisy from hallway traffic and other rooms.

Was very nice and what I expected, the check in was difficult as Expedia didn't have the reservation but other than that no complaints and the worker was sweet and tried to be acomodating and helpful! Just made it a bit stressful when I wasn't sure if I had a hotel for the night

Rooms are good, location next to a Boston pizza is handy. Olds is a small town so you are close to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in at a very late hour, they have a big breakfast with lots of options.
