Our family had THE BEST STAY! Parking was a breeze. Our room was next to the elevator which was great. It was also easy to get to breakfast and the gym. We loved that there was coffee, tea, and water provided all day. The coffee tasted great. There wasn't a strange aftertaste.

Exceptional stay...from the staff to the room to breakfast. My only complaint would be the pool being under service; but unavoidable circumstances.

The place was really nice. The only down fall was the pool was closed and I probably would have used it .

I was so disappointed that the pool was closed. I booked this hotel bevause of the reviews on the pool. My kids were so excited. We get there and it is down. I ask for a discount they state they cannot but they will cancel for us but most were full this weekend. I then ask what they had for families and children since they took away pool. They said and i quote "We have nothing for families". I ask were it states that the pool is out. They stated "our website". It wasnt when i booked and no email and notification was sent. She shrugged and asked for payment. If i had a choice i would have gone somewhere else.

We were greeted with a very nice lady welcoming us. We had a good night sleep and great breakfast. It was a little pricy though. For the same quality I paid half that amount at the Holiday Inn and Express just 5 days earlier, with the same conditions as the Best Western. It was $504 for 2 queen size beds. But other than that it was nice.

The Emerald lights in the lobby were very nice and the saltwater pool was so relaxing!

Friendly front desk staff. Angel was great and check-in was quick. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning.
