Great experience for our overnight adventure with the grandkids.

As soon as you walked in it smelled absolutely beautiful!

We were greeted with a very nice lady welcoming us. We had a good night sleep and great breakfast. It was a little pricy though. For the same quality I paid half that amount at the Holiday Inn and Express just 5 days earlier, with the same conditions as the Best Western. It was $504 for 2 queen size beds. But other than that it was nice.

The Emerald lights in the lobby were very nice and the saltwater pool was so relaxing!

Friendly front desk staff. Angel was great and check-in was quick. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning.

Double check your room before you settle in they like to bring up false charges and management won't call to or send any information on why they falsely charged you

Such a high end feeling here. Nice clean quiet. Great pool and hot tub was empty! Why? Not sure. Great place to stay.

We stay here every year for a swim meet. Its our home in Garden. Friday night we got there and checked in with a nice young man. No issues, he checked people and got us beers in the lounge. Saturday afternoon I called down to see when the lounge opened. I was told it was not able to be opened because she didnt have help. Later we went out and when we got back there was a group of people visiting in the parking lot and another groupl of people playing cornhole in the grass across from the motel. Here comes old grumpy pants to shut down the fun. She didnt have time to help people in the lounge but had time to stop people who where just minding their own business.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean room with good amenities. Also provides a good breakfast buffet. Lot of dining options can be found close to the hotel. This is an excellent hotel to explore the Garden city and the nearby attractions.

We loved our stay at best western plus emerald inn & suites garden city location. Super clean, everyone was very friendly & helpful, the pool & hot tub are so nice! Overall a great experience.

Always stay here at least once a month when passing through. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is always outstanding, and the breakfast hostess goes above and beyond to ensure the guest breakfast experience is at the best level.
