所有房间的卫生间都应该配备手持式冲洗器。房间有异味，我不得不另外购买空气清新剂。客房服务亟需改进！酒店提供熨斗，但没有熨衣板。家具非常老旧。酒店位置不错，步行仅需10分钟。我要特别表扬一位名叫Priya的员工，她非常细心周到，待人彬彬有礼。

员工素质高，乐于助人，特别是女接待员和清洁工。

位置靠近吉隆坡，房间干净，但不幸的是很难找到穆斯林的食物，因为大多数食物都是中餐和日餐，酒店没有餐厅，也不提供食物，也没有朝拜方向指示器。

Cleaning Ness needs to improve, especially the floor carpets were too old.

Room has zero noise isolation, the person shouting and laughing at another room is like shutting and laughing at corridor. Too bad, during my stay time opposite room are idiots who still shout and laugh out loud even after 1pm.

Value for money, great location near to Mid Valley. Just the room furniture [is] a bit worn down, but overall [it] is still worth it.

This accommodation is okay to have a good rest and sleep.

No shampoo inside the room, the shower cap is faulty.

Hygiene is not really good. Quite a lot of dust at visible place, toilet bowl is not really clean. Toilet is small. But location is good, near to mid valley.

This hotel are very old, the room very small, even no place to open the luggage, the room have smell. I'm not come to stay in in hotel anymore. Not recommended.

The accommodation is located at a strategic place, but the washroom was a bit dirty and had cockroaches, the basin was clogged, and the bedsheet had a blood stain. Kindly take note of that.
