No hot water, no towel

I stayed some how for two nights, the toilet was smelly, the bed was not comfortable and overall it not a bad experience and not at all worth the amount charged by them

اقامه سيئه جدا عند حجز فندق كانت ٥ نجوم بعد ذلك وضح انه ثلاثه نجوم اعتقد ان موقعكم مسوال عن هذا تلاعب وبعد ذلك حجز في فندق شانجري بسعر مقارب الى هذا فندق اني اعتقد ان موقعكم مسؤلين بكل عن ما حصل
