这家酒店是个公寓，离电视塔很近，很方便。但现在的天气温差大，晚上很冷，却没有暖气，空调没有热风，打电话给服务人员要求加毯子，却被告知没有。晚上冻得够呛。总体感觉不好

The apartment is located within walking distance to most of the popular tourist spots. No comment on hotel staff as check in and out are self service.

It is the worst experience. No one offer assistance during check in. 8 light bulbs were broken. We insist to repair on the same day or chanhe anothe room. They said no other room available n come to my room change the light bulbs at 11;00pm. Ventillator of toilet is full of dust. I already mentioned I am allergy for the dust and request to clean on next day morning. Finally no body coming. We are stay here for 3 nights......

Great location for the station, CN tower and convention center. The accommodation was good, but would have been better if the kitchen was better equipped.

Me sentí sorprendida ya que en la información de origen no mencionan nada de dejar un depósito y no me informaron que me iban a retener un depósito por el monto de una noche, mismo que aún no me devuelven desde el pasado 22 de diciembre. Mi estancia fue solo una noche. Tampoco me gustó que el check in fuera hasta las 4pm siendo que mi vuelo llegó en la mañana y me ofrecieron pagar una noche adicional para acceder a un check in temprano cuando en hoteles en Toronto del nivel del Sheraton Centre me permitieron hacer el check in a las 10am sin costo en días posteriores que regresé de Quebec. Las cadenas hoteleras permiten hacer el check in temprano sin costo adicional o bien te cuidan tu equipaje, cosas que no sucede en este tipo de inmuebles.

The property was great. Location great and very clean. My only complaint is that the bed is not comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful view, nice rooms, but wait time for elevators to high floors was horrible (at least 15 mins and even more during rush hour)

Esto no es un hotel. No tiene servicio de recepción ni de limpieza diaria. Está bien ubicado y en muy buen estado.

Room was clean, patio door didnt work but it was winter so wasnt too worried about that at all. All in all, great stay!

The elevators were broken and slow. The room was very hot. Good location
