I liked that our cat could be with us in the room and that we had a ground floor door for easy loading and unloading.

Booked our stay here well in advance for a 2nd floor balcony over looking Mount McKay. After a 15 hour travel journey my husband & I were looking so forward to sitting out and just relaxing looking at the beautiful view. We have stayed here before and so much enjoy this at the end of our very long journey. Arrived from our long train rides & flights around 8:30pm. Was told that we did not have this room overlooking the mountain. Also, was told that they can never guarantee a room overlooking the mountain?? . We were both so confused as we have always had the room we have booked well in advance after we fly in. Being so tired we just took the room overlooking the parking lot and called it a day. The hotel is in a beautiful location & the complimentary breakfast is awesome. Cleaning staff are fantastic!

Pool area was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Restaurant had great food at a good value. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel rooms were great with comfortable beds and pillows. No issues at all.

The staff throughout - whether the front desk or the restaurant, pool, etc., were all very friendly and professional. We stayed there twice recently and both times our rooms were very clean, it was quiet, and we reserved rooms facing the back - the view from the room/balcony is lovely! The grounds are also very pretty. The gym is very well equipped and the pool area was great. The restaurant was nice, and the food excellent. Having a full-service, menu-choice breakfast included in our stay was very appreciated. It is a very short drive to shopping centers, etc., but we really liked being away from the hustle and bustle. I also felt very safe to go on power walks alone. I would highly recommend staying there, and will do so again!

Helpful friendly staff, excellent location and view. Excellent place to stay with a pet as the per friendly rooms can accessed directly from the parking space outside of your room.

I only needed the room to catch an early morning flight. The room was clean, but a little dated. The shower was amazing and the bed was quite comfortable so the room suited its intended purpose.

Excellent stay with great restaurant. Had a wonderful supper and the included breakfast was above and beyond. Quiet stay, cheerful staff, beautiful views. Will stay here again for sure!

Located in outside of the crowd of the city in the hearth of nature with great scenery to Fort Williams highlands. limitless scenery was amazing, try to get the room overlooking the rocky mountains in the sunset.

I usually stay at another brand of hotels but the cost was particularly high on this specific day so I booked this one at a more reasonable price. It is a “motel” style that I typically avoid so I was a bit nervous. I had no reason to be. Nice area away from downtown, amazing restaurant on site with a terrific patio, great breakfast. We did not use the pool but it is huge. The gym rivals actual gyms that require a membership. I have never seen a gym like this at any hotel. The staff were all very friendly and it is dog friendly. We were travelling with our dog so this was a must. We parked steps away from our room so loading and unloading was so much faster. We had 2 double beds and queens would have been better but it was not a big deal and overall we were pleasantly surprised by this place and we would definitely stay again

Thank you so much for the surprise upgrade to a suite! Very nice hotel and restaurant (we had the bison burger which was very good + 1/2 price bottle of wine as it was Wednesday) :) To top it off, full service breakfast was included the next morning. Thanks Again for everything!

This hotel was not bad, the only downside is that the washroom was not spacious. I loved the food they have at the menu. Although I didn’t swim in the swimming pool, it looked really clean. In my opinion, this hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommened!
