The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was helpful. We never had breakfast because they don't start until 7 am. We had to leave prior to 7 am The dining room was very nice and great food

I expect mid teir from chain hotels, but this one really surprised me. The staff were amazing and the restaurant, Runway 49 was next level. I will absolutely be staying here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. The night audit staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in/out were easy and efficient.

Check in was 4pm but we arrived earlier than anticipated and they were very accommodating getting us checked in early. Property was very clean and close to the mall, restaurants and very quick uber ride to Roger’s place!

Overall the stay was fine. Hotel was fairly smelly all over, and shower head/water pressure was absolutely awful! The pool/slide were great and location was convinient for the reason of our stay. I free continental breakfast would also be a nice thing to add.

Nice location for medical appointments. Mall within walking distance. Close to downtown.

Overall hotel was good. Shower was absolutely terrible. No water pressure and super awful shower head. Room also randomly had loud noise, unsure where it came from. Sounded like it was above us but we were on the top floor, so maybe in the wall. Random hours during the day and night and was very loud so gave us a shock the first few times it happened.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with and feel compelled to warn others about their rigid policies and lack of basic human compassion. I accidentally booked a 1-night stay for the wrong date. When I called to rectify the mistake, I explained that my husband had just been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). I wasn't looking for a handout; I explicitly offered to book a 2-night stay in place of the single mistaken night so the hotel wouldn't lose any revenue. Shockingly, management completely refused to waive the cancellation fee for the accidental booking. It is mind-boggling that a hotel in the "hospitality" industry would choose to penalize a customer going through a medical crisis, especially when I was trying to give them more business. If you value customer service, empathy, and flexibility when life happens, do not stay here. They have lost a customer for life.

Good amenities. Easy to park and lots of rooms. Close to Kingsway Mall.

There were no hooks on which to hang towels.
